Premium Due Calendar for Life Insurance Advisors
The calendar lists premiums falling due by day, week and month. It separates yearly, half-yearly, quarterly and monthly modes, and shows which advisor looks after each client.
What the calendar shows
Reminders to clients
Reminders are sent ahead of the due date by WhatsApp, text message or email. The message names the plan and the amount and says how to pay, so the client does not have to ring the advisor to ask. How many days ahead, and how many follow-ups, are chosen with the agency before it is switched on.
Where it leads next
A paid premium clears the due and moves the policy to its next date. An unpaid premium moves the policy into the grace and lapse list, which is where the desk starts its calls. The list updates itself.
What the agency sets up
- Wording of the reminder in the languages your clients read
- How many days before the due date each message goes
- Clients who should not be sent messages
- Which premium modes your agency handles
What this module does not do
It does not collect premiums. It never touches a client’s bank account. An auto debit mandate sits with the client’s bank and the insurer. Only what the desk has recorded as paid is shown as paid.
Frequently asked questions
Can monthly and yearly policies be viewed together?
Yes. Every mode appears together, and a filter narrows the view to one mode or one advisor.
Who gets the reminder, the advisor or the client?
Both can. The client receives the message, and the advisor sees the list of dues still unpaid.
Does it know the insurer’s grace period?
The grace period is entered per plan from the policy terms, so the lapse list follows what each policy states.
Can reminders be switched off for one client?
Yes. A client can be marked do not message, and the due still shows on the desk list.
