Integrations for Auto Dealers
The system connects to the dealership website, to auto portals that accept a feed, to messaging channels and to payment collection. Each link depends on the other service. These are confirmed during scoping.
Website and auto portals
Stock, prices and availability are sent from the vehicle register to your website, and a vehicle marked booked stops showing as available. Auto portals receive the same feed only where the portal allows a link and the dealership’s plan with it includes one. Some do not. Where a portal offers no link, its listings are still updated by hand in the showroom.

Alongside the brand’s own DMS
A brand often requires its own system for vehicle orders, warranty claims and parts. This system does not replace it. It holds the records that dealers often keep in Excel and in messages, such as enquiries, follow-ups, deal papers and collections. How the two sit together is confirmed during scoping.
Frequently asked questions
Will our current website work with the stock feed?
It usually does if the site can take a feed or be given a listings page. This is checked before anything is promised.
Can it post directly into Tally?
Not as standard. Data is exported for Tally. Posting straight into Tally is quoted only if the dealership needs it.
Does it connect to the brand’s DMS?
This is not part of the standard product. The system sits alongside the brand’s DMS, and any link is a question for scoping.
Which portals can receive our listings?
Those that accept a feed. Portals with no way in are updated by hand, and the list is confirmed during scoping.
