How the reports behave

A report shows the position at the moment you open it, so a visit marked done in the morning appears in the afternoon figure. Any list can be filtered by site, team, model or date range, and taken out as a spreadsheet for your accountant or your own working. Printed copies carry the filter used. Nothing is rebuilt overnight.
