One system for CCTV site surveys, installation jobs, device records, AMC visits and billing.
Run a CCTV and security systems business from one system. Site surveys carry camera positions, cable runs and the recorder point. Quotations are priced from that survey, and the installation job card lists every camera, recorder and hard disk fitted, with the serial against its channel. AMC visits fall due on a schedule, complaint calls are logged against the site, and invoices carry GST with advances adjusted.
- Camera models, recorder channels, cable rates and labour charges entered as you quote them
- Site list, device serials, running AMC contracts and outstanding balances migrated
- Rate list and AMC visit schedules edited by GullySystem whenever you ask
CCTV installers and security system dealers run this software, which GullySystem sets up for their own sites. It holds site surveys with camera positions, quotations priced from them, installation job cards, and the serial of every camera, recorder and hard disk fitted. Service visits under contract and complaint calls sit beside them. Set-up follows the brands you hold and the teams you run.
What goes wrong before the software.
How the work flows through it, step by step.
- 1
Enquiry and site survey
A home, shop or office asks for a quote. A technician visits, marks camera positions and cable lengths, and notes where the recorder and the power point will sit.
- 2
Quotation
The office prices cameras, recorder channels, hard disk, cable, power supply and labour from the survey. Each revision is kept, so the approved version is never in doubt.
- 3
Material issue
Once the quote is approved, the store issues cameras, the recorder, cable drums, connectors and mounts against the job. The van carries them to the site.
- 4
Installation and commissioning
The team lays cable, mounts cameras, crimps and terminates, then sets recording days and the phone view. Every serial is entered against its channel and position.
- 5
Billing and handover
A GST invoice covers devices, material and labour, with the advance adjusted. The customer is shown the recording days and the mobile app before sign-off.
- 6
AMC and service calls
The site moves onto a visit schedule. A call about an offline camera or a failed disk is logged, assigned and closed against the same site record.
What is inside.
Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.
Site surveys and camera positions
Record camera positions, cable runs, recorder and power points, mounting heights and site photographs, so a quotation is priced from what the technician actually saw.

Price cameras, recorder channels, hard disks, cable, connectors and labour from the survey, keep every revision, and mark the version the customer approved.
Learn moreInstallation job cards
Open a job for each site with the team assigned, the days worked, the cameras fitted, cable consumed and the commissioning steps ticked off.
Learn moreCamera and recorder register
Hold the make, model, serial, channel and position of every camera, recorder and hard disk installed, with the warranty date from the maker.
Learn moreMaterial issue and van stock

Log a call about an offline camera, missing recording or a failed disk, assign a technician, and close it with the fault and the part changed.
Learn moreTechnician teams and site attendance
Plan which team goes to which site each day, and record who reached the premises and the hours spent there. Travel claimed is entered too.
Learn moreWarranty and replacement claims
Raise a claim on the distributor against the serial on file, follow the replacement unit to the site, and record the device sent back.
Learn morePurchase and distributor orders
Raise orders on camera and recorder distributors, receive stock with serials read in, and keep each supplier’s account and pending deliveries.
Learn moreBilling, advances and renewals
Issue GST invoices for devices, material and labour, adjust the advance, record part payments, and raise AMC renewal invoices as contracts end.
Learn moreThe business modules it is built from.
Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.
- Estimate/Quotation Management
Cameras, recorder channels, hard disks, cable, connectors and labour are priced from the survey, with each revision kept and the approved version marked.
- Job Cards
A job opens for each site with the team assigned, days worked, cameras fitted, cable consumed and commissioning steps ticked off.
- Asset AMC Tracking
Every camera, recorder and hard disk installed is registered with make, model, serial, channel and position, plus the maker’s warranty date.
- AMC and Service Contracts
Each contract holds its period, covered sites and devices, and promised visits, with a due list of lens cleaning, focus and hard disk checks.
- Ticket Management
A call about an offline camera, missing recording or failed disk becomes a ticket assigned to a technician and closed with the fault and part changed.
- Attendance & Time Tracking
The supervisor plans which team goes to which site each day, then records who reached the premises, the hours spent and travel claimed.
- Technician Scheduling
Contract visits come off the AMC schedule and are placed against technicians by site and date, so due checks are not missed.
- Stock Tracking and Alerts
Cable drums, connectors, power supplies, racks and mounts are issued to a job, returns are counted at the store, and each van keeps running stock.

The numbers the owner asks for.
- Installations in hand by site and stage
- Quotations raised, approved and lost
- AMC visits due, done and overdue
- Complaint calls by fault, site and technician
- Material issued against each job and returned
- Devices installed by model with warranty dates
- Payments received and balance outstanding by site
Who this is built for.
- Single-van CCTV installers fitting cameras in homes and shops
- Security system dealers who also fit access control and video door phones
- Installers holding AMC contracts with apartment associations and offices
- Companies running more than one installation team
- Channel partners holding camera and recorder stock for a brand
- Installers who fit biometric attendance units and alarm panels alongside cameras
When it is not the right choice.
- A single technician taking one repair a week may find a notebook and UPI enough.
- A firm that supplies guards rather than fitting cameras will find Security Agency Management Software closer.
- A contractor whose work is mainly wiring, panels and lighting will find Electrical Contractor Management Software a better fit.

Questions owners ask before a demo.
Is it only for CCTV and security system installers?
Yes. Surveys, device serials, installation jobs and AMC visits are built around camera and security system work. A firm that supplies guards should look at the Security Agency product.
Can camera serial numbers be kept against each channel?
Yes. The make, model, serial and channel of every camera and recorder sit against the site, with the mounting position noted.
Does it watch the cameras or hold the recording?
No. Footage stays on the customer’s own recorder and disk. This software holds the records of devices, visits and calls.
How are AMC visits scheduled?
Each contract carries the visits it promises, and a due list shows what falls this month. Visit frequency is set from your own contracts.
Can complaint calls be assigned to a technician?
Yes. A call is booked against the site, given to a technician, and closed with the fault and the part changed on record.
Can material issued to a site be tracked?
Yes. Cable drums, connectors and mounts are issued against the job, and whatever comes back to the store is counted in again.
Does it handle advances and part payments?
Yes. The advance sits on the quotation. It comes off the invoice, and part payments leave a running balance for the site.
Can these numbers go into Tally?
Not built in. A Tally export is priced separately. Your accountant can read sales and purchase figures inside GullySystem, and the ledger heads you keep decide the export.
Do we need it for two installations a month?
Possibly not yet. If the volume is small and nothing runs on AMC, a notebook may still do. A free technology audit can say so plainly.
Who owns the site and device data?
You do. The proposal carries the exit terms. Site records, device serials and AMC history can be taken away with you.
Wondering what it costs? Six questions give you a written scope and the buckets any quote should separate.
