Security · Software for cCTV and security system installers

Cameras go down, customers call us, and we can’t find the NVR password from 2022.

CCTV and security system installers survey, quote and install cameras and NVRs, then live on AMCs and service calls while device passwords sit in a technician’s phone. GullySystem builds a system that records each site’s devices and logins securely, runs AMC visits and complaints, and prepares quotations from survey notes. The free technology audit starts with the list of sites you look after.

At a glance

The installation is the easy part. The years after, when a camera goes blank or the recording stops, decide whether the customer renews.

We build software that keeps a clean record of every site you have wired, and gets the right technician there quickly.

How the work runs today

A shop, apartment association or factory asks for CCTV. Your engineer surveys the site, marks camera positions, counts cable runs and asks about recording days. A quotation follows with cameras, NVR, hard disk, cabling, PoE switches and labour, often revised for cost.

Installation takes a day to a week, after which the site details live in the technician’s head: IP addresses, NVR login, which camera covers which gate. Apartments and offices sign AMCs with quarterly checks. Complaints come by phone when a camera is offline or the hard disk fails, and warranty replacement needs the serial and purchase date.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for cCTV and security system installers without a proper system.

Site details leave with the technician

When a technician quits, nobody knows the device logins or the layout at his old sites.

Passwords are shared insecurely

NVR and camera passwords sit in WhatsApp chats, which is a risk for you and the customer.

AMC visits happen when someone remembers

Quarterly checks slip, and the customer learns the recording stopped only after an incident.

Quotations take hours

Survey notes are on paper and every quote is built from scratch in Excel.

What the software does

What we would build for cCTV and security system installers.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Site survey to quotation

Camera positions, cable runs and recording needs captured on a phone, turned into a priced quotation.

Device register per site

Every camera, NVR, disk and switch with model, serial, location and warranty date.

Secure credentials vault

Device logins stored encrypted, visible only to assigned technicians, with every view logged.

AMC schedule and checklists

Visits planned per contract, with a checklist for recording, disk health and camera views.

Complaint tickets

Logged by phone or WhatsApp, assigned to a technician, and closed with a photo and signature.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions cCTV and security system installers ask before they call.

Can AMC and installation invoices go to Tally?

Yes. Invoices and receipts are pushed to Tally, and each is linked to the site so warranty and AMC history stay together.

Can the system alert us when a camera goes offline?

For sites with internet access, often yes, by checking the NVR regularly. We would test it on a few sites before promising it across all.

Should we just use a generic field service app?

A generic app handles tickets well. It usually lacks the device register and secure credential storage, which is where installers most need help.

Is storing customer passwords a risk?

Leaving them in WhatsApp is the bigger risk. In the vault, logins are encrypted, shown only to the technician assigned to that site, and every view is logged. The free technology audit also checks who can see credentials today.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
