GullySystem
Security · Software for fire safety companies

Two hundred extinguishers are due for refilling this month, and the list is in an old register.

Fire safety companies install hydrants, alarms and extinguishers, then run refills, hydro tests and AMC inspections on registers, Excel and paper checklists. GullySystem adapts its pest control business management system, built for service contracts and recurring visits, and adds a register of every extinguisher and panel. Refills, inspections and service reports then run on time, and the free technology audit starts with your AMC list.

At a glance

After installation, your work is recurring and date-driven. An extinguisher’s refill date or a pump test missed is a risk for the client and a lost renewal for you.

We start from our pest control business management system, which already schedules AMC visits, sends jobs to technicians and closes each visit with a report and the client’s sign-off. We adapt it to fire safety by adding the cylinder-level asset register and your inspection checklists.

How the work runs today

A factory, apartment or hospital calls for an installation or takes over an existing system. Your engineer surveys the site, and a quotation goes out for extinguishers, hose reels, detectors, panels or a hydrant line. Larger jobs follow drawings and go in stages with the building contractor.

Then the service calendar starts. Extinguishers are refilled on schedule and hydro tested every few years, with tags updated by hand.

AMC clients get quarterly checks of pumps, panels and detectors, recorded on paper checklists and typed into a report. Clients ask for these reports for their inspections, often at short notice.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for fire safety companies without a proper system.

We don’t know what is due this month

Refill and hydro test dates are spread across registers per client, so some are missed until the client calls.

Service reports take days to type

Technicians fill paper checklists on site, and the office retypes them into Word for the client.

Cylinders get mixed up at the refill centre

Extinguishers from three sites come in together, and one goes back to the wrong building.

AMC renewals depend on memory

A contract lapses quietly, and a competitor walks in with a cheaper offer.

What the software does

What we would build for fire safety companies.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Asset register per site

Every extinguisher, hose reel, detector, panel and pump with type, capacity, location and serial.

Refill and hydro test calendar

Due dates per cylinder, grouped by client and month, with pickup and return tracked.

Inspection checklists on the phone

Pump, panel and detector checks with readings and photos, completed on site.

Service reports as PDF

The checklist becomes a client-ready report with your letterhead, sent the same day.

AMC contracts and renewals

Visits included, visits done and expiry date, with reminders before the contract lapses.

Ready products

Ready products that fit fire safety companies.

Each one is adapted to how your business works before it goes live, and anything your trade needs that it lacks is added then. You are not paying to build the basics again.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions fire safety companies ask before they call.

Can refill and AMC invoices go to Tally?

Yes. Invoices are raised from completed jobs and posted to Tally, so billing follows the work instead of lagging behind it.

Does the software certify that a building is fire safe?

No. It records what was installed, tested and serviced, with dates, readings and photos. Certification and approvals remain with the authorities and your qualified engineers.

Do you have ready software for fire safety servicing?

We adapt a ready one. Our pest control business management system already runs AMC contracts, recurring visits and service reports with photos and sign-off. The extinguisher register, refill calendar and your checklists are what we add for fire safety work.

Can we tag extinguishers with QR codes?

Yes. A QR sticker on each cylinder lets a technician scan it to open its history and log the visit.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
