Vehicle Maintenance E-commerce & Garage Management Software

This solution lets a garage sell service kits and consumables online, matched to the car. An online order can open a booking in the garage’s own system, which converts to a job card. Reminders for the next service come from the garage product.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

A garage’s side already exists as GullySystem’s Garage Management Software, with job cards, parts stock, estimates, invoices, bookings and service reminders. The online kit store and the step from order to booking are set up around it.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is one trail from the buyer’s car to the finished job. The kit, the booking, the job card and the next-service reminder sit together on one record that the garage can read without asking the buyer anything twice.

It covers the kit store and its link to the garage product. It does not give mechanical advice, and the garage product’s own limits apply.

  • Mechanics
  • Parts counter staff
  • Customers
  • Garage owners

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Does the garage need the garage product?

For this solution, yes. The order-to-job step reads and writes its bookings.

Is the online kit store part of that product?

No. The product covers jobs, parts, estimates, invoices and bookings. The kit store is configured around it.

Can it handle insurance claims?

No. The garage product does not hold insurer or surveyor paperwork, and this solution does not add it.
