Personalised Jewellery E-commerce & Order Software

This solution captures a customer’s personalisation, shows a proof, records the approval and sends one clear job sheet to the workshop. It is built to order for sellers of engraved and custom pieces, and it plans lead times from the open workload.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

No existing GullySystem product handles customer personalisation and proof approval, so this is built to order. The showroom product can still hold stock and counter billing.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is to remove errors that come from retyping a customer’s words. Whatever the customer approved is what the workshop reads.

It does not design pieces for you. It carries your designers’ work and the customer’s choices through the order, so what was approved is exactly what the workshop reads and what is checked before dispatch.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is there an existing product for this?

No. This is custom software, built to order.

Can customers upload their own artwork?

Possibly. It depends on what your workshop can use, and we confirm file types and checks first.

Does it show a realistic preview?

That depends on the preview tool chosen. It may be a simple text preview or a rendered one, and we agree which in discovery.
