Diamond Jewellery E-commerce & Stone Management Software

This solution holds each stone with its grades and certificate, prices the stone and the metal separately, holds high-value pieces for a buyer and records insured handover. It is built to order for diamond sellers and wholesalers, and it links to the showroom stock where one exists.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

No existing GullySystem product records stones with their grades and certificates, so this is built to order. The showroom product can still hold the metal and counter side.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The system treats the stone as its own record, linked to the piece it is set in. That keeps the certificate with the stone when a setting changes.

It does not grade stones or verify certificates. It stores what the laboratory issued, shows it beside the stone, and keeps it attached when the same stone is reset into a different mounting.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Does a finished product exist for diamond sellers?

No. This is custom software, built to order. It is not an existing product.

Does it value stones for us?

No. Stone prices come from your own list or decision. The system records them and applies them.

Can it hold our wholesale stones as well?

Yes, as a trade catalogue with dealer logins, once the stone register and pricing rules are agreed.
