Laboratory Supplies E-commerce & Quotation Software

This solution lets a laboratory supplier take institutional orders by catalogue number, issue quotations with validity dates, carry PO and budget references, and ship items with their lot certificates or calibration records. Small labs buy through a plain store. Scope follows the range you carry.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

The storefront, quotation flow and record fields are configured on a commerce platform, and that platform sets what can be done. GullySystem’s dealer-order software can carry the back office for contract customers where it fits.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

A lab’s order is a bundle of paperwork with goods attached. The solution holds the documents with the item, the quote with the order and the certificate with the lot.

It records what suppliers, makers and labs provide. It does not calibrate instruments, test reagents or decide what a lab may buy.

Your numbers with other suppliers’ numbers linked as cross-references.

Specifications

Fields such as range, capacity or purity as the maker states.

Catalogue fields, quote layouts, approval steps and handling classes follow your range.

Where the edge is

Calibration, testing and the safe carriage of goods remain with the labs, makers and carriers. The system stores their records.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Loading the range

Items, documents and cross-references are loaded from your files, with a sample compared against the makers’ sheets.

Training

Sales staff practise quotes. The store practises lot picking and special handling.

Support scope

What support covers.

Cover

Support terms name the covered parts, the contacts and the hours they work.

Beyond cover

New product families, new channels or large data changes are quoted separately.

Subcategory coverage

Where each laboratory & scientific supplies subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Laboratory Equipment

    Covered on this page

Quotes, site checklists and service registers fit the category solution’s quotation, order and record features as configuration.

  • Testing Instruments

    Its own solution page

A serial-wise calibration record with due-date reminders and recalibration requests is an equipment history system, unlike a product catalogue.

  • Lab Consumables

    Its own solution page

Lot and expiry records, certificates per lot and handling classes that limit carriers need their own data and flows, unlike simple repeat orders.

  • Laboratory Glassware

    Covered on this page

Size variants, pack conversion, drawing approval and claims are catalogue, quote and returns features that the category solution covers as configuration.
