Paints & Painting Supplies E-commerce & Dealer Software

This solution lets a paint seller take orders online, estimate quantities and pass tinting jobs to the dealer counter. It suits dealers, depots and online paint sellers who need shade, batch and contractor records. The counter side already exists, and the storefront and estimators are configured around it.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

The counter side already exists as GullySystem’s Paint Dealer Management Software, with stock by base and pack, tinting jobs, rate slabs and painter accounts. The storefront and the estimators are configured on top of that product.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is one path from an online order to the tin that leaves the dealer. Shade, base, pack and batch stay attached to the order, so nobody retypes them at the counter.

It covers the storefront, estimators, orders, batches and delivery. It does not match colours, control a tinting machine or process manufacturer scheme claims by itself.

Training

Operators, counter staff and dispatch each learn their screens on real orders.

What support covers.

Scope

Defects and staff queries fall under the support terms.

Beyond scope

Additional brands, another city or redesign work is estimated separately.

Subcategory coverage

Where each paints & painting supplies subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Interior Paints

    Its own solution page

Tint-to-order jobs, shade history and a litre estimate change what the system must hold and do, so interior paint needs a flow of its own.

  • Exterior Paints

    Covered on this page

Systems, batches and site-wise accounts are configuration of the category storefront and the paint dealer product, not a different system.

  • Wood Coatings

    Covered on this page

Kits, pairing rules and batch dates are configured inside the category solution and its stock.

  • Waterproofing Products

    Its own solution page

A rule-based selector, coverage maths and application records are a separate flow beyond the category storefront.

  • Brushes & Rollers

    Covered on this page

Variants, add-on suggestions and light-parcel rules are configuration of the category solution and need no separate system.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Can paint sellers buy this ready-made?

No. A product exists for the counter side. The web store and its estimators are built for you once discovery is done.

Can it be tried before buying?

No. No price is published and there is no trial or live demo. A written proposal states what is included.

Can it prepare scheme claims for the manufacturer?

Not on its own. The dealer product records qualifying purchases, and what a company allows is for the company to decide.
