Personal Care E-commerce & Replenishment Software

This solution lets a personal care seller sell units and multipacks from one count, track batches and shelf life, and prompt repeat orders. It also serves trade buyers by carton. Discovery picks the platform, and the storefront is set up around the seller’s range.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

No GullySystem product runs an online personal care store. The storefront and ordering flows sit on whichever commerce platform suits the range, picked in discovery, and its gaps are described as custom work.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The system keeps one record for a product and everything made from it: packs, multipacks and bundles. A sale of any of them updates the same count, and the batch it came from is saved.

Its scope is the storefront, trade ordering, reminders and parcel handling. It does not test ingredients, give advice on skin or hair, or state what a label must say.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront and trade catalogue

A shopper-facing store, a trade-only catalogue, or the two together, drawing on one product record.

Unit and pack record

A unit, with the packs and bundles that are built from it.

Batch and shelf-life register

Batch, supplier and expiry date for each lot, with earliest-first picking.

Reorder engine

Reminders and delivery schedules based on each customer’s last order.

Parcel records

Packer, carton and damage notes, held against each order.

Complaints log

Reaction and defect reports linked to the batch involved.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Receipt to shelf

A delivery is received with its batch, counted by unit and placed under the right product.

Reminder to repeat order

A reminder goes out after the usual use-up period, and the customer can repeat the last basket in one step.

Trade order

A salon or shop signs in, orders by carton at its own price and is invoiced on account.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Ingredient fields

Ingredient lists and usage notes are stored as fields and shown on the page.

Concern and type filters

Skin type, hair type and use are filters the customer can apply.

Multipack links

Each multipack points to the unit it is built from.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Unit and pack prices

Each pack has its own price, and the unit price is shown for comparison.

Trade prices

Carton prices and credit limits are held for each trade account.

Offer rules

Bundles and seasonal offers follow dated rules set by an approver.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

Earliest-expiry picking

Pick lists favour the batch that expires first.

Stock link to the shop

Where a shop or warehouse system is connected, stock moves on the schedule you agree.

Liquid packing rules

Heavier or leak-prone items are assigned a carton type and a packing note.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payment

Card and UPI payment, plus cash on delivery for sellers who take it.

Returns

A return is checked against the order and batch, and only sealed products go back to stock.

Refunds

A refund is raised on the original payment and noted on the order.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Editing, warehouse, care and trade each get their own screens.

Approvals

Price overrides, offers and large trade orders wait for sign-off.

Reports

Stock by batch and expiry, repeat-order rates, complaints by batch and trade sales.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Dealer-ordering product

Where trade orders are large, GullySystem’s dealer-ordering software can run that channel.

Gateway account

Switched on once your account is live and tested.

Messaging

WhatsApp, SMS and email for reminders, when consent is recorded and a Business account is approved.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Hosting

Run from our hosting or from your own cloud subscription.

Rollout

One line first, then the rest once stock and batches match the warehouse.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Pack structure, reminder timing, offer rules and approvals can follow your trade.

Where the edge is

Ingredient safety, labelling and claims stay with you and your advisers. The software stores your wording.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing the data over

Products, packs and batches are loaded from your sheets and checked with a stock count.

Training

Short sessions for editors, the warehouse and care staff, built around your own range.

Support scope

What support covers.

Support terms

A written sheet names who to contact, which hours are covered and what counts as a fix.

Beyond support

A second market, a new channel or a redesign would be a separate quotation.

Subcategory coverage

Where each personal care & grooming subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Bath & Body

    Covered on this page

Pack sizes, scents, gift sets and batches are what the category catalogue and stock structure already hold.

  • Oral Care

    Covered on this page

Pack sizes, repeat buying and replacement-head compatibility are covered by the category catalogue and reminder features.

  • Shaving

    Its own solution page

Handle-to-cartridge compatibility and refill subscriptions are software requirements that a plain product catalogue cannot hold.

  • Beard Care

    Covered on this page

Small-batch ranges, starter kits and ingredient fields fit within the category catalogue and bundles.

  • Hair Removal

    Its own solution page

Devices with serial numbers, warranty and service claims alongside wax and creams need a register that a product catalogue does not provide.

  • Personal Hygiene

    Covered on this page

Discreet packaging and repeat supply are handled by the category packing rules and reminder features.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is any of this an existing product?

Only the dealer-ordering software for the trade side exists today. The store itself is assembled around one seller’s range once discovery is done.

Does it give skin or hair advice?

No. It shows the information you provide. It does not decide what suits a customer.

What does it cost?

Cost is set in a written proposal. No price list, trial access or demo is published.
