Skincare E-commerce Platform and Batch Management Software

A configured store for skincare brands, clinics and retailers, built on concern-led filters, batch and expiry stock, routine bundles, samples and refill reminders. Discovery chooses the platform. It stores approved wording but does not write, test or approve claims, and it does not give medical advice.

Product status

Configured implementation on a commerce platform chosen in discovery

The storefront, the trade catalogue and the stock rules are configured around a platform picked in discovery. No existing GullySystem product sells skincare online.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

One product record carries the ingredient text, the usage note and the batches in stock. Every channel then shows the same words, and a complaint can be traced to a batch.

It does not formulate, test or certify products. It also does not diagnose skin conditions or recommend treatment.

Approved text reused on listings, refreshed at set intervals where the platform permits.

Clinic software

A clinic’s own stock records can link to the store once their export or interface has been reviewed.

Messaging

Refill reminders go by email, with WhatsApp as a later addition.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Platform picked in discovery

A commerce platform is recommended after we see your range and channels.

Core routine first

A first routine goes live to test batch tracing and refills, then more products follow.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Concern tags, expiry thresholds, bundle rules and reminder timing follow your brand.

Where the edge is

Claims review, formulation and medical advice are outside the software.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing products and stock across

Products, ingredient text and opening batches are imported from your sheets, with a spot check against shelves.

Training

Merchandisers, warehouse and care staff practise a receipt, a complaint and a launch.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

The agreement lists what is covered, who to call and during which hours.

Outside scope

Additional markets, new channels or a switch of platform are separate projects.

Subcategory coverage

Where each skincare subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Cleansers

    Covered on this page

Pack sizes, weights and refills are variant and shipping settings, both already part of the category solution.

  • Moisturisers

    Covered on this page

Texture, format and pair fields are catalogue settings, and sachets are sample stock, all within the category solution.

  • Serums

    Its own solution page

An ingredient-led catalogue, a pairing table that drives a routine builder and refill timing from bottle size are logic beyond ordinary product listing.

  • Sunscreens

    Covered on this page

Batch and expiry control and claim text handling are category features; seasonal planning is a report built on the same stock data.

  • Masks

    Covered on this page

Sachet counting, packs and subscriptions are variant, bundle and recurring-order settings that the category solution already provides.

  • Body Skincare

    Covered on this page

Variant grids, hampers and weight-banded shipping are configurations of the category solution rather than a different system.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Is this an existing GullySystem product?

No. Your store would be assembled with your brand around whichever platform discovery recommends, which makes it an implementation, not a product.

Can it tell customers which product treats their skin condition?

No. It filters by the tags you set. Treatment advice belongs to a qualified practitioner.

Can it show the same ingredient list on every channel?

Yes, where each channel accepts a feed. The text is held once, and a change reaches every listing after approval.
