Software Solutions for Face Mask Sellers

Sheet masks are sold by the piece, in boxes of five or ten and in variety packs that mix several types. Clay and overnight masks come in jars and tubes. Sellers online must count sachets across all those formats, sell collections by concern and ship light parcels cheaply.

At a glance

Sell sheet masks singly, in boxes and in mixed packs without miscounting.

A single sheet mask is a sachet. Ten of them make a box, and a box of mixed types is a different product. The count has to hold through every change.

Businesses and operating models

Sheet-mask specialists

A seller offers dozens of sheet masks by concern, sold individually and in boxes, and ships many small parcels.

Brands with jar and tube masks

A skincare brand sells clay, cream and overnight masks as part of a routine, usually in jars or tubes.

Subscription box sellers

A seller sends a monthly pack of masks, often a mix chosen by the seller.

How an order moves

The workflow for masks.

  1. 1

Sachets, boxes and variety packs listed

A mask is sold as one sachet, as a box of five or ten, or as part of a variety pack. All three draw from sachet stock.

  2. 2

    Collections by concern

A buyer shops by hydrating, brightening, calming or clarifying, and sees collections that group masks for that concern.

  3. 3

    Variety packs assembled

A pack of mixed masks is assembled at picking, and each included mask is deducted from its own stock.

  4. 4

    Cheap, light dispatch

Small, light parcels are sent through the lowest-cost carrier that meets the delivery promise.

  5. 5

    Subscription box cycle

A monthly box is chosen, packed and shipped on a schedule, and any substitution is noted for the subscriber.

Where it breaks

The challenges, and what they cost.

Sachet counts drift across formats

A box of ten sells, and nobody deducts ten sachets. The single-mask listing then oversells.

Mixed packs are hand-assembled

Variety packs are picked from memory, and the contents of two identical orders differ.

Postage dwarfs the price

A single sheet mask sells for little, and a courier charge may match it. Small orders lose money.

Subscription boxes run out of the planned mix

One mask in the monthly mix sells out. The box has to be changed after it is advertised.

Requirements to assess

What is specific to this trade.

These are requirements we would confirm in discovery. They describe what the solution may need to handle. They are not features that already exist.

  • Stock held in sachets, with boxes and packs expressed in sachets
  • Variety packs that record exactly what went into each one
  • A substitution rule for a mask that runs out before a box ships
  • Shipping bands suited to light parcels
Recommended modules

What we would build for masks.

Chosen from the commerce capabilities this business needs, not a list of everything.

Sachet-based stock

Boxes and packs defined in sachets, so every format reduces the same count.

Concern collections

Collections maintained by concern, rebuilt as products come and go.

Variety pack builder

A pack with a list of included masks and a rule for substitutes when one is out.

Light-parcel shipping rules

Weight-banded shipping and a minimum basket for free delivery.

Subscription schedule

Monthly orders with a planned mix, a substitution rule and a skip option.

Users and permissions

Who works in the system, and what each can do.

Merchandiser

Builds concern collections and variety packs.

Packing team

Assembles packs from a list and records substitutions.

Subscription manager

Plans monthly mixes and handles skips and pauses.

Integrations

What it would connect to.

An integration is confirmed only after its API, access and scope are checked. A connection that updates on a schedule is described as scheduled, not real-time.

  • Marketplace listings that use pack sizes, refreshed at set intervals
  • Repeat-payment support from your payment provider for subscriptions
  • A courier or aggregator with lightweight parcel rates, reviewed first
Implementation

How the work runs, and what we need from you.

What you provide

  • Sachet counts for each box and pack
  • Your concern groups and which masks fall in each
  • Subscription rules for skips, pauses and substitutes

Count in sachets from day one

Opening stock is loaded as sachets, which keeps every later format consistent.

Test a month’s subscription cycle

A dry run of a monthly box shows whether the planned mix can actually be picked.

Deliverables

What you receive.

  • Sachet-based stock structure
  • Variety pack and substitution rules
  • Subscription schedule handling
Measurement

How progress is judged.

Measures are agreed against your own baseline. We do not promise a result in advance.

  • Orders where sachet stock disagreed with the physical count
  • Subscription boxes shipped with a substitute
India and international

Selling at home and abroad.

Sheet masks are known by different names and sold in different pack sizes across markets, so listings carry local terms. Subscription terms and notices follow your adviser’s wording for each country.

Configured implementation

The storefront, the trade catalogue and the stock rules are configured around a platform picked in discovery. No existing GullySystem product sells skincare online.

Sachet counting, packs and subscriptions are variant, bundle and recurring-order settings that the category solution already provides.

Common questions

Questions about masks e-commerce.

Can single masks and boxes share stock?

Yes. Both are defined in sachets, so a box sale reduces the same count that a single sale does.

What happens when a mask in a variety pack runs out?

A rule you set applies: substitute a similar mask, hold the pack or tell the buyer. The substitution is recorded.

Can customers pause a subscription?

Yes. Skips and pauses are part of the schedule, with the next shipment date shown to the subscriber.
