Finance Scheme Records for Appliance Dealers
Many sets leave the showroom on a finance scheme rather than a full payment. Each case is recorded with the financier, the down payment and how far it has moved.
What a finance case records
From application to payout
A buyer picks a set and asks for a scheme. The counter names the financier, collects the papers and marks the case applied. An approval or a rejection is entered as it comes back. On disbursement the funded part is posted against the invoice, the due on that bill reduces, and the sale reads as settled. Cases still unanswered appear on a list.

What the dealer sets up
- Which financiers and schemes appear in the list
- The documents each financier expects from a buyer
- Who may open a case and who may mark it approved
- How a disbursement is posted against the bill
What this does not do
The module does not apply to a financier on your behalf and it does not judge eligibility. Approval, interest and any charge belong to the financier and the buyer between them. The showroom keeps a record of what was submitted and what came back, which is what helps when a buyer returns months later with a question. None of it is advice.
Frequently asked questions
Can several financiers be used?
Yes. Each is listed with its own schemes and its own document checklist, and a case names the one used.
Does a rejected case stay on record?
Yes. The rejection is kept with its date, so the counter can see what happened on an earlier attempt.
How is a payout matched to a bill?
The disbursement is posted against the invoice the case belongs to, and the balance on that bill reduces.
Who decides whether a buyer qualifies?
The financier decides that. The showroom only records the papers collected and the answer that came back.
