Appliance Model and Price List Records
Brands, models and the price the counter quotes sit in one list. A scheme price or a revision from the brand changes in one place and reaches every branch.
What the model list carries
When a brand revises prices
A distributor sends a new price list and the showroom has to quote from it the same morning, often while a buyer stands waiting at the counter. Prices change in one screen, and the old price is kept for reference. An invoice already raised is not touched. Our staff load a long revision for you when a brand sends a full list.
Who reads it
What the dealer sets
- Which brands and models appear in the quoting list
- The price the counter quotes and who may change it
- Offer dates for a festival or a brand scheme
- Whether a salesperson may discount without approval
What it does not settle
The list holds prices, not tax treatment. Which rate applies to a model, and how a scheme discount is shown on the bill, is settled with the dealer and their accountant or advisor. Price history is recorded here, while whether a brand permits a price is between the dealer and that brand.
Frequently asked questions
Can a festival offer run for a few days only?
Yes. An offer price holds a start date and an end date, so the counter sees it only inside that window.
Does an old price stay visible?
Yes. Each change keeps the earlier price with a date, so an older bill can be read against it.
Who loads a long price revision?
Our staff do it on request when a brand sends a full list. Single changes are quick at the counter.
Are accessories priced separately?
Yes. A stand, stabiliser or extra pipe carries its own price and prints as its own line on the bill.
