Frequently asked questions
Does this software produce the payslip?
No. Payroll produces it, whether in software you own or at your consultant’s office. This holds the released payslips and shows each one to the right person. Salary calculation is not done here.
Does the portal work on a low-cost phone?
Yes. It is a browser page saved to the home screen. Some staff may still not use it, and supervisors carry on for them.
Can somebody open another person’s payslip?
No. A person sees only their own. Managers see their teams without pay details, HR and accounts see what you allow, and every view is logged.
What about people who have left?
Their payslips stay on the record with the rest of the file. Login access usually ends on the last working day, and HR issues a copy when a former employee asks for one later.
