What Florist Management Software Connects To
The florist system connects to Tally, WhatsApp, SMS, email, UPI and payment gateways, and your website. Delivery platform orders can be recorded on the same list, and how they arrive is checked in scoping.
Orders in, messages and entries out
Orders reach a florist from the counter, the phone, a website and delivery platforms. The connections bring those orders onto one list and send updates and entries out again. Some links depend more on the other system than on this one, and those are checked with you before they are promised. Nothing is assumed.
The connections
What is confirmed during scoping
For each connection we confirm what the other system allows. A platform may or may not pass orders through. A gateway account has to exist before online payment is switched on. Your accountant confirms how sales and purchase entries should reach Tally, and nothing is wired in until agreed.
What it does not do
- It does not bring in orders from delivery platforms by itself
- It does not replace the platform’s own order screen
- It does not post into Tally unless a direct feed is requested
- Gateway charges and platform terms stay between you and those providers
Frequently asked questions
Can orders from delivery platforms go into it?
They can be recorded on the same list as your own. Whether they arrive automatically depends on the platform, and this is checked during scoping.
Do sales entries reach Tally?
Through an export, yes. Your accountant posts them, and a direct feed is possible if requested at set-up.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. UPI and card payments are available at the counter and online, once a payment gateway account is in place.
Are customers told when an order is dispatched?
Yes. SMS or email updates go out when an order is dispatched. They go again when it is delivered.
