Quotation Software for Furniture Showrooms
Quotations are built from the catalogue with size, fabric, finish, discount and delivery charges, then sent by WhatsApp or email. Every open quote stays on one list until the family decides.
Quotes taken home for a decision
Furniture is often chosen twice: once on the floor and again at home with the family. A printed quote with a promise to ring back can sit on a desktop for weeks. A listed quote carries a follow-up date, so somebody is prompted to call.
What goes on the quotation
The follow-up list
Open quotes sit together with the date they went out, their value and the salesperson who made them. Each carries a follow-up date.
- Quotes sent this week, and which are still open
- Quotes won against quotes lost, by salesperson
- The reason a quote was lost, when the customer gives one
- An accepted quote that becomes an order without a line being retyped
Frequently asked questions
Can a quotation become an order?
Yes. The accepted quote carries its lines, fabric codes and finishes into the order, and the advance is recorded against it. Nothing is typed a second time.
Can we send the quote on WhatsApp?
Yes, as a PDF to the customer’s number from the quotation screen. It goes through WhatsApp on your own phone or browser, so the customer sees a number already familiar.
Will it tell us why a customer did not buy?
Only what your salesperson enters. Recording a reason is a habit the team builds, and a quote closed as lost with no reason is still better than one left open.

What happens after you share your requirements
- A senior engineer reads your answers. Nobody phones first.
- Within one business day you get a written note: what we understood, what we would start with, and the questions we still have.
- If it fits, a proposal follows with the order of work, what we need from you and what you receive at each step.
- No call is booked and nothing is paid until you have read the note. Your details stay with us.
