Hair Salon Software Connections to WhatsApp and UPI
GullySystem links with the messaging, payment and accounting channels a hair salon already uses. Anything beyond the list is agreed during scoping and written into the proposal.
What it connects to
What depends on the other system
Messages depend on the salon’s sending account and on a working number for each client. Payments depend on the UPI or card arrangement the salon already has with its bank or provider. Devices depend on what the shop owns. The software records what happened. It does not replace any of them.
Confirmed during scoping
- Which channels start first for reminders and offers
- How UPI and card payments are taken at each salon
- Whether the accountant wants an export or a direct Tally link
- Which barcode scanner or printer is already in use
- Whether attendance comes from a device or from the desk
Frequently asked questions
Can a small salon start with SMS and add WhatsApp later?
Yes. Channels are switched on one at a time, and a salon can begin with whichever it already has an account for.
Does a link to accounting software come built in?
Not by default. Reports remain in GullySystem for the accountant, and a Tally link is priced separately once its contents are confirmed.
Does the system settle card payments?
No. It records the payment on the invoice. Settlement stays between the salon and its bank or payment provider.
Can our existing barcode scanner be used?
It may be. A scanner that types a code as a keyboard does is usually accepted, and the model is checked during scoping.
