Integrations for Hospital Operations Software
The software connects to messaging, email, Tally and printed barcode or QR labels, and it sits alongside the hospital’s HMS. What depends on each outside system is confirmed during scoping.
What it connects to
Hospital operations touch several tools outside the job queue, and the software links to the ones the hospital already uses. These are WhatsApp, SMS, email, Tally and barcode or QR labels. Each link is added where the hospital needs it. None is assumed at the start.
What each connection does
Alongside the hospital’s HMS
Patients stay in the hospital’s clinical system, while jobs, machines and stock live here. The two are kept apart. Which record belongs where is agreed at the start. This software does not hold patient records, case sheets or prescriptions.
What depends on the other system
A message link depends on the account and sender set-up the hospital holds. The Tally link depends on the books the accountant keeps and the format used there. Label printing depends on the printer and label stock chosen. These points are confirmed during scoping.
Frequently asked questions
Does it connect to our HMS?
It sits alongside the HMS rather than inside it. Which record belongs in which system is agreed at the start, and any data exchange is scoped with the hospital.
Can purchase entries go into Tally?
Through an export, yes. Purchase orders, goods received and vendor bills are listed for the accountant, while connecting straight into Tally is scoped as separate work.
How do the QR labels work?
A label printed for an asset opens that asset’s record when scanned on a phone, so location, condition and history are on screen.
Which messages go out by WhatsApp or SMS?
That is agreed with the hospital during implementation, along with the accounts and sender details the message channel depends on.

What happens after you share your requirements
- A senior engineer reads your answers. Nobody phones first.
- Within one business day you get a written note: what we understood, what we would start with, and the questions we still have.
- If it fits, a proposal follows with the order of work, what we need from you and what you receive at each step.
- No call is booked and nothing is paid until you have read the note. Your details stay with us.
