Mowers, trimmers and hoses are tracked as items. The office can see which site has the brush cutter this week.

Frequently asked questions

Do saplings have to be counted one at a time?

No. Items are tracked in the units you buy and issue them in, so a tray of fifty can be a single line. Barcode scanning is not required.

Will inventory management show what a garden cost in material?

Yes. Material issued to a project adds up per project and appears beside the estimate. Purchase orders raised for that site feed the same figure.

Is a physical stock count still needed?

Yes. Counting the yard stays with your team, and the system gives a book figure to check against. Software cannot see what is behind the shed.
