Is a WhatsApp link part of the package?
It can be set up. The shop needs its own business account, and the provider approves each template before it is used.
Can the tinting machine software be connected?
No. That software belongs to the paint company, and the dispensing job is recorded here with its shade code and formula reference.
Will UPI payments match themselves to invoices?
Where the provider reports a status, yes. Cash is entered by the counter as it always was.
Can another tool be linked later on?
Yes, where that tool offers a way in. Each link gets its own quotation after the paint shop need is clear.
