Printing Press Software Connections to WhatsApp, Tally and UPI
Messaging, payment and accounting tools already in use at a printing press can be joined to the system. What depends on another company’s service is confirmed with you during scoping.

At the stores and dispatch table
Paper reels, cartons and finished packs can carry a printed label or barcode, and a label printer connects for this at the stores or dispatch table. The make of printer and the label size are checked during scoping, because they decide what can be printed on a pack.
What is confirmed during scoping
- Which messaging, SMS and payment providers the press already has an account with
- Whether the accountant wants an export file or a direct link to Tally
- The label printer model and label sizes, if barcodes are wanted
- Who at the press holds the provider accounts and renews them
- Which of these connections are needed on the first day and which can follow
Frequently asked questions
Do customers need to install anything?
No. Customers receive proofs and invoices on WhatsApp, SMS or email as they do today. They need no app.
Does GullySystem pay the messaging and gateway charges?
No. Messaging and gateway accounts are the press’s own, and their charges come from those providers. We connect to them.
Is a Tally link included?
An export file is the usual route. A live link to Tally needs its own scoping and a quote of its own.
Can a connection be added after go-live?
Yes. A press might begin with WhatsApp and add a payment gateway later. Each addition is scoped when it is wanted.
