Reports for Spa and Salon Owners and Managers
These reports come from the bookings, bills, packages and stock that the front desk already enters. Each one can be read for one branch or all of them.
The reports
Who reads which report
Owners read sales, package money and commission payable. Branch managers read stock to reorder and the day’s takings for their branch. The front desk works from package balances and the list of lapsed clients, and therapists see their own appointments and commission on a phone.
Reading the figures
The reports read from live records, so a figure is only as complete as what has been entered. Services need to be marked done, packages billed and stock received for the numbers to line up. If a report looks short, a booking or bill may still need updating.
What the system does not do
- It does not post entries into Tally. A link is scoped and quoted separately.
- It does not decide commission rules. The owner sets them for each service.
- Reports beyond this list are agreed with the client during scoping.
- Campaign results are a direction, since some clients would have booked anyway.
Frequently asked questions
Can a report cover one branch only?
Yes. Reports can be read for a single branch or for all branches together, depending on the role each reader has.
Are the figures live?
Yes. Each report is drawn from live bookings, bills and stock entries, so it moves whenever one of them is added.
Does commission payable account for packages?
Commission is worked out from the services a therapist completed, using the rules set for each service. How package visits count is agreed during implementation.
Can the accountant get the figures?
Sales, package and commission reports stay in the system for your accountant to read. Anything beyond that is scoped with the client.
