Spa Software Views for Owners, Reception and Therapists
A spa or salon has several people who touch the same booking. Each role opens the screens for its own job, from the calendar to commission at month end.
One booking, four roles
Through the day
A booking arrives online, by phone or as a walk-in, and reception places it against a therapist and a room, or uses the waitlist when the day is full. On arrival, the client’s profile opens with past services, preferences, notes and any package balance. The therapist marks the service done from her phone. Reception then bills it, with a discount or one visit off the package, paid by cash, UPI or card.
At month end
Commission, attendance and shifts for each therapist come together for payroll, and commission follows the rules that were set for each service when the system was installed. Therapists can see what they have earned. Owners see the total payable across branches. Branch managers see their own branch when roles are set that way.
What the client decides
- Which roles exist at each branch and who holds them
- What each role may open, change or cancel
- Who may apply a discount at the desk

Frequently asked questions
Can a therapist see other therapists’ commission?
What each role opens is agreed with the owner during implementation. The standard view for a therapist is her own appointments and her own commission.
Do therapists need to use the computer at reception?
No. They mark a service done from a phone, and the completed service counts toward commission for the month.
Can an owner look at all branches together?
Yes. Owners see sales by service, therapist and branch, and the client list is shared across branches.
Who changes a role’s access later?
Our team makes service and commission rule changes. Access for each role is settled during implementation and revised on request.
