Tyre Shop Software Connections to WhatsApp, Tally and UPI
GullySystem links to the messaging, payment and accounting tools a tyre counter already uses. What depends on another company’s service is stated here and confirmed with the shop during scoping.

A label printer with barcodes can print a label when stock is received, carrying the size and manufacture week. Scanning it at billing saves typing. That is all it is for. Which printer the shop owns, and whether it works with the label format, is checked before anything is promised.
What depends on the other system
- Message delivery depends on the provider and on the customer’s phone.
- Payment confirmation depends on the bank or the gateway returning a status.
- The Tally export depends on how the shop’s accountant sets up ledgers.
- Distributor and maker portals are not connected. Claims and orders are recorded here, not sent there.
Frequently asked questions
Is a WhatsApp connection included?
It can be set up. It needs the shop’s own WhatsApp business account, and the templates are approved by the provider before use.
Can a maker’s warranty portal be connected?
No. Each maker has its own process, so the shop files the claim there and records the reference and decision here.
Will payments reconcile on their own?
Where the provider reports back, a UPI or card payment is matched to its invoice. Cash is entered by the counter.
Can other tools be linked later?
Yes, where the other system offers a way to connect. Each link is priced separately once the tyre shop’s needs are clear.
