One connected system for player accounts, comps, the cage and the gaming day.
Manage player accounts, visit history, comps, offers, cage transactions, floats, staff rosters, compliance files and gaming day reports in one system. Each player carries one record readable by the host, the cage and the compliance team according to role. Each shift closes against a named cashier and a named supervisor.
- Player tiers, comp rules and cage forms loaded to match how the property operates
- Existing player lists and open balances carried across for review
- Changes to rules and report layouts made by GullySystem staff on request
Casinos and card rooms run player accounts, comps, cage transactions, floats and gaming day reports on Casino Management Software, which GullySystem configures around the property. Each player has one record with visits, tier, comps and notes. Each cashier transaction carries a login, and each shift is balanced before it closes. Gaming machines and surveillance systems stay with their own suppliers.
What goes wrong before the software.
How the work flows through it, step by step.
- 1
Player registration
A player is registered with identity documents, contact details and category. The record is checked against the property’s own rules.
- 2
Visit and play
A visit is opened at entry. Host notes, tier and offers show to authorised staff, and each interaction is dated and attributed.
- 3
Comps and hospitality
A meal, room or drink is requested, approved against a rule and posted to the player and the department that bears the cost.
- 4
Cage and floats
Floats, fills, credits and cash-outs are logged under each cashier’s login and totalled for the shift.
- 5
Review and compliance
Large transactions open a file with documents and notes. A reviewer signs off, and each change keeps its history.
- 6
Close of day
Each shift is balanced and signed. One report shows takings by area, variances and open items for the next day.
What is inside.
Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.
The business modules it is built from.
Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.
- Contact & Account Management
Each player is kept as one account with contact details, documents and tier, so host, cage and compliance read the same person.
- Loyalty and Offers
Offers are tied to a player’s tier and dates, and each comp redeemed is counted against the player and the department bearing its cost.
- Workflow and Approvals
A flagged transaction routes to a named reviewer, who signs off or returns it with a note, and the decision stays on file.
- Audit Trail
Every change to a player, a transaction or a comp keeps the person, the time and the earlier value for later review.
- Roles and Permissions
A cashier, a host and a compliance reviewer each see only the screens and fields their job needs, with documents hidden by default.
- Attendance & Time Tracking
Shifts are planned by area, and clock-in records for dealers and attendants tie hours worked to the roster and the floor.
- Dashboards and KPIs
Takings from tables, machines, food and the hotel are shown on one page for the gaming day, with variance by area.
- WhatsApp, SMS and Email Notifications
Invitations to selected players go out by email, SMS or messaging, and each reply is recorded against the player.

Who this is built for.
- Casinos with table games, machines and a cash cage
- Card rooms and poker venues with a small floor team
- Integrated resorts that add hotel rooms and events to gaming
- Operators who run player clubs with tiers and comps
- Compliance teams who must produce a file on request
When it is not the right choice.
- A venue that only hosts social games with no cash cage will not need cage and compliance modules.
- Companies seeking a gaming machine system or online betting platform need a specialist supplier, which this software does not replace.
Adapted to your business before it goes live.
You are not handed a login and left to it. The product is set up around your records, your people and the tools you already use.
Works alongside
- Machine and table accounting feeds
- Hotel and restaurant point of sale
- Accounting export
- Email and SMS
- Identity document scanners
Questions owners ask before a demo.
Does it run the gaming machines?
No. Machine and table game systems stay with their own suppliers. This software holds the player record, comps, the cage trail and the reports. A feed from those systems is scoped during implementation.
Who can see a player’s identity documents?
Only the roles you allow. Compliance staff may open them, and a host may not. The log shows who read each file and at what time.
How are comps controlled?
A comp is requested against a rule, then approved by someone with the right limit. The approver, the department and the cost are saved with it.
Can it help with regulator reports?
It holds the records a report is built from. The exact format depends on your licence and country, so the list is agreed with your compliance team and reviewed during implementation.
What does the cage see at shift end?
A cashier sees floats, fills, credits and cash-outs under their own name. A variance shows before the shift is signed. The supervisor then reviews it.
Can we link the hotel and restaurant?
Yes. Room and table requests start from the player record, and charges post to the department that bears them. A separate hotel system can be linked through a feed.
Can existing player lists be moved over?
Yes. Lists are loaded and checked by your team before go-live. Duplicates are flagged and merged by a person, never silently.
Does it support several properties?
Yes. Each property keeps its own floor, cage and reports, and head office reads them together. Players can be shared across properties when your rules allow it.
Who owns the records?
Your company does. The proposal states, ahead of any work, the export route for your records and the retention period your regulator expects.
