Retainer Renewals and Account Health for Agencies
A retainer comes up for renewal on a known date. The list shows that date beside the delivery record, approval delays and payment history for the brand.
What the renewal list shows
Before the conversation
An account manager opens the brand and reads the whole term in one place. A scope change can be proposed, a fee revision discussed or an account let go, and each decision is recorded against the retainer with its date. Nothing is decided by the software.
Signing the next term
A renewed retainer starts a fresh term with its own dates, scope and fee basis, while the old one closes and stays readable for anyone comparing what changed. A client who leaves is marked ended with a reason, and the brand record is kept in case they come back.
What the agency judges
Health is a reading, not a score. The system shows delivery, delay, payment and hours, and your partners decide what that means for a brand. No churn prediction is produced here, and no account is dropped automatically.
Frequently asked questions
How far ahead are renewals listed?
As far as you want. Most agencies look sixty days out, and the window is set while the system is put in.
Does a retainer renew on its own?
Only where you mark it to. Auto-renewing retainers still appear on the list, so the term is reviewed rather than forgotten.
Is a health score calculated for each client?
No. The underlying records are shown plainly, because a single number would hide the reason an account is wobbling.
Can a lost client be reopened later?
Yes. The brand record, its old scope and its history stay in place, and a new retainer starts from that base.
