Smart Lock E-commerce & Fitting Management Software

This solution gathers door details at checkout, matches them to models that fit, creates a fitting job for each order and records the handover of keys and codes. It also tracks spares, batteries and warranty by serial. It is written for lock sellers who fit what they sell.

Product status

Custom software solution, built to your requirements

No existing GullySystem product sells locks with a door check and fitting job attached, so the software would be custom. The installer’s side can use an existing field-service product where it suits.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The order is not the end of the sale. A lock counts as sold when it is fitted, tested and handed over, so the system keeps the order open until the job closes.

It does not control locks or store door codes. It records the door, the product, the visit and who received the keys.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Does a finished product exist for lock sellers?

No. It is custom software for the seller, not an off-the-shelf package.

Can it work without a fitting service?

Yes. The fitting job can be switched off and the door check kept, so the buyer fits the lock alone.

Will fitters see jobs on a mobile?

Yes, through a mobile view of the job. Working without a signal would be scoped separately after we discuss site conditions.
