Trustee and Committee Records for Trusts
A trust is answerable to its own board before anybody else. This module keeps the trustee list, the meetings held and the resolutions those meetings passed.
What is kept here
How it connects to the rest
Approval limits recorded here are what the expense module checks a payment against. A resolution sanctioning a new programme or accepting a grant can be attached to that programme or grant, so a later reader sees the authority behind it. Meeting reminders go out with the agenda. The papers a board asks for are read from the donation, spend and programme records rather than typed up again.
Who uses it
What the trust decides
Nothing here says how a trust must be governed, how often a board must meet or what a deed requires. Those readings belong to the trust, its auditor and its legal advisor, and the module only stores what the board has already decided.

Frequently asked questions
Are signed minutes stored as a document?
Yes. The signed copy is uploaded against the meeting, and the resolution entries point to it.
Can a trustee read this from outside the office?
Yes, with a login of their own. What a trustee may open is set by the board, not by GullySystem.
Does it file anything with a registrar or department?
No. Filings stay with the trust and its advisors, and the module only keeps copies of what was filed.
Can spending limits come from a resolution?
Yes. A limit is entered with the resolution it rests on, and payments above it then wait for the signatory named there.
