Connections for B2B Ordering Software
Orders link out to Tally, WhatsApp, SMS, UPI and payment gateways, and to an e-way bill provider. What depends on each outside system is confirmed with the firm when the work is scoped.
What stays here and what moves out
Orders, picking, dispatch and dealer statements are kept in this system. Accounting can stay where it is. Each connection below carries one kind of record between this system and another outside system or channel, and the client decides which of them are switched on.
The connections
What depends on the other system
- Tally import depends on the ledger names and masters the accountant holds
- WhatsApp and SMS delivery depend on the sender accounts the client holds
- Gateway collection depends on the client’s account with the gateway
- E-way bill depends on the provider’s own interface and the client’s login with it
Confirmed during scoping
Before go-live the client and our team confirm which connections are in use, who holds each account, and how each file is exchanged. Hosting, backups and later changes stay with our team in Bengaluru. Nothing is switched on without that check. A first review can map which systems a firm already runs.
Frequently asked questions
Will our accounts stay in Tally?
They can. Invoices, credit notes and receipts leave as a file your accountant imports, and orders and statements stay here.
Can dealer balances be moved across from Tally?
Yes. Dealers, limits, item rates, open orders and bill-wise outstanding are pulled from Tally or Excel before go-live.
How does the invoice reach the dealer?
On WhatsApp, once billing is built from the dispatched lines. SMS can carry other messages where the client wants them.
Does it raise e-way bills itself?
No. It works through the provider the client already uses. The details are confirmed during scoping.
Which payment options does a dealer get?
UPI and payment gateways are the connections on offer. Which of them is switched on is the client’s decision.
