Messages to customers

Bill copies, a note that an altered piece is ready, new-arrival messages for a category and festive offers all go to the number on the bill. A business account and template approval sit with the provider.

SMS

A short message where WhatsApp is not used. The gateway and sender ID stay yours.

Email

Bill copies and supplier orders go out from a mail account the shop already owns, with the sent copy kept against the bill.

A counter scanner reads the tags you print. Most ordinary scanners work without anything special.

Label printer

Tag size, layout and the printer model are checked, since label hardware varies more than anything else in the shop.

Thermal bill printer

The counter printer that prints your GST bill, confirmed by model before the counters are set up.

Biometric or card reader

Where staff attendance comes off a device, the make is checked for fit. Nothing is promised blind.

Accounts and Tally

Sales, purchase and supplier figures can be read inside GullySystem by whoever keeps your books. A file your accountant can import into Tally is prepared once the ledger names and the voucher layout are agreed. That work carries its own quote. Nothing is pushed into Tally automatically.
