Multi-Sitting and Orthodontic Case Tracker for Dentists

Root canals, crowns, implants and braces take several visits. This module records each sitting, the step completed and the step that comes next, so any dentist can pick up the case.

A case across several visits

Sittings of a root canal

Access and cleaning, shaping, filling and the final restoration are separate steps. Each is marked when done, with the tooth and the dentist.

Crown and bridge steps

Preparation, impression, try-in and cementation are listed in order. A lab work order links to the step that needs it.

Implant stages

Placement, healing period, abutment and crown are tracked as stages. The date for the next stage is booked from the case.

Orthodontic adjustments

A brace case shows the start date, each adjustment visit and the next due date. Retainer and review visits are added at the end.

Next step and next date

Every open case carries the step that follows and the date it is due. A patient who misses an adjustment appears on the recall list. The dentist who opens the case does not need to hunt through earlier notes.

Who uses it

Dentists mark steps done. The desk books the next sitting. An orthodontist or an implant surgeon who visits the clinic on set days can see every open case before arriving.

What the clinic sets up

The clinic defines the steps for each type of case and the gap that normally falls between them. These are guides and a dentist can change them for one patient. The module records the case. It does not decide the clinical sequence.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we define our own case steps?

Yes. Steps for a root canal, a bridge or a brace are entered the way the clinic works, and a dentist can alter them for one patient.

Does it remind us of a missed adjustment?

Yes. A case whose next date has passed appears on the recall list, and the desk can send a reminder.

Is the case linked to billing?

Yes. The steps link to the lines on the treatment plan, so a completed sitting can raise its charge or draw on an instalment.

Can braces be billed in monthly instalments?

Yes. The schedule is set with the clinic, and every instalment is posted to the case with the balance still due.
