One system for carbon layup, motors, propellers, boards and battery packs.
Run a drone component plant with one record per part. Every serial carries its own history. Frames hold prepreg out-time and cure cycles, motors hold winding and thrust readings, boards hold firmware, and battery packs hold graded cells. Planners see cold store and cell stock, test staff log readings, and a buyer’s question is answered from the part record.
- Frame, motor, propeller, board and pack families with the parts lists and test points your floor really uses
- Orders in progress, serial history and stock levels brought over from your current records
- Later edits to test forms and routings made by GullySystem staff on request
Drone component manufacturers use this software to follow each part through its own process. Carbon frames carry the prepreg roll and cure curve, motors their winding and thrust readings, boards their firmware, and battery packs the graded cells inside them. A serial opens that history when a buyer reports a fault.
What goes wrong before the software.
How the work flows through it, step by step.
- 1
Order
Orders from drone builders are logged by part family, quantity and delivery date.
- 2
Material in
Prepreg rolls, magnets, copper wire, resin and cells are received with their lots. Prepreg goes to the cold store with a life limit.
- 3
Make
Frames are laid up and cured, stators are wound, propellers are moulded and balanced, and boards are assembled and flashed.
- 4
Grade and match
Cells are graded by capacity and internal resistance and matched into strings. Packs are welded and fitted with their protection boards.
- 5
Test
Motors and propellers run on the thrust stand. Frames take dimensional and stiffness checks. Packs take a capacity cycle.
- 6
Pack and ship
Parts are packed against the order with serials listed. Pack data needed by the carrier is printed with the shipment.
What is inside.
Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.
The business modules it is built from.
Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.
- Batch and Serial Tracking
Each prepreg roll carries a lot and shelf life, and out-time is added up on every draw so expired material cannot reach a layup.
- Work Order Management
A frame moves from ply cutting to layup, cure and trim on one routing, with oven readings logged against its serial.
- Bill of Materials
Each frame, motor, board and pack family has its own parts list, so a build draws the right prepreg, magnets or cells.
- Quality Control
Thrust, current and vibration readings at set throttle points are compared with the specification, and a motor outside it is held.
- Stock Tracking and Alerts
Cells are stocked by grade and lot, with alerts when a grade runs short for the packs planned.
- Production Planning
Orders by part family are set against cold store, magnet and cell stock so a build is released only when its material is on hand.
- Shipping Integration for Order Fulfillment
Packing lists and pack data sheets are prepared with serials before dispatch, and the courier booking follows from the same record.
- Goods Receipt (GRN)
Prepreg, magnets and cells are received against purchase orders with their lots, and prepreg goes straight into the cold store ledger.
How we would put it in.
Setup, data migration, integrations and anything built on top.
One system, each person sees their part.
For plant managers
Watch orders against stock, test rejects by part family and cure or pack failures before they reach buyers.
For composite technicians
See the ply pattern and cure cycle for each frame and log oven readings against the serial.
For motor and propeller line staff
Record winding data, balance results and the mould cavity used.
For test engineers
Enter thrust, vibration and capacity results and hold any part outside its specification.
For stores staff
Receive prepreg, magnets and cells, count prepreg out-time and issue material to the right work order.
The numbers the owner asks for.
- Prepreg rolls by remaining life
- Cure cycle results by mould and oven
- Thrust and vibration results by motor lot
- Cell grades and pack capacity by cell lot
- Firmware versions shipped by board serial
- Rejects by part family and cause
Who this is built for.
- Makers of carbon fibre frames and arms for multirotor drones
- Brushless motor manufacturers selling to drone builders
- Propeller moulders supplying small unmanned aircraft
- Battery pack builders for drone and survey platforms
- Board assemblers making flight and speed controllers
When it is not the right choice.
- A hobby builder who assembles a few drones from bought parts will find a spreadsheet enough.
- Makers of aircraft avionics under customer build standards will find Avionics Hardware Manufacturer Management Software closer.

Questions owners ask before a demo.
How is prepreg out-time handled?
Every draw from the freezer is logged with a time, and the total is compared with the roll’s limit. An expired roll cannot be issued to a work order.
Can cure cycles be kept with each frame?
Yes. The cure cycle and oven readings are attached to the frame or arm serial. Readings can be typed or imported from the controller’s export file.
How are battery packs traced?
Cells are graded and matched, and the lots used are listed against the pack serial. Capacity test results are filed with it.
Can thrust test results be stored per motor?
Yes. Thrust, current and vibration at each throttle point are recorded against the motor serial, and a result outside specification holds the motor.
Is propeller balance recorded?
Yes. Resin lot, mould cavity and balance reading go on the propeller record, and out-of-balance sets are held.
Does it track firmware on boards?
The image and version flashed to each board are stored with its functional test. A returned board shows what it carried when it left.
Does it handle rules for shipping lithium packs?
It stores the pack data a shipper needs. Your compliance lead supplies the carrier and aviation conditions for lithium, and these become checks that run before dispatch.
Can we run several part families at once?
Yes. Frames, motors, propellers, boards and packs each have their own routing and meet only on the order.
How is the price set?
Users, sites and test stations drive the figure. Before any quote, one frame or motor family is walked through on screen, and the quote is put in writing afterwards.
Can our serial data be exported?
Yes. Records by serial or lot can be exported. The format is agreed when the quotation is written.
