Plumbing & Bathroom Products E-commerce & Showroom Software

This solution lets a plumbing and bathroom products seller list and sell online from the same stock the showroom and godown use. It suits showrooms, dealers and online brands whose items carry sizes, finishes and fit. We configure the storefront for each seller, and the showroom side is already built.

Product status

Existing GullySystem product, with the online storefront configured around it

The showroom side exists as GullySystem’s Tile and Sanitaryware Showroom Software, which holds sanitaryware and fittings records, godown stock, quotations and billing. The storefront and trade ordering sit on top of that product, set up separately for each seller.

There is no published price, free trial or live demo for this solution. Scope and cost are settled in a written proposal after discovery.

Purpose and users

The aim is one record for each item, read by the showroom, the godown and the website. When one of them sells a piece, the other two see it at the next update, and a customer is not sold something that has gone.

It covers the storefront, trade ordering, stock and dispatch. It does not install fittings, certify products or check a bathroom’s layout.

Modules

What is in the system.

Storefront and trade catalogue

A consumer store, a trade-only catalogue or both, reading prices and stock from the item record.

Item record with fit data

Size, material, finish, connection type, model number and links to parts that fit.

Order management

Orders, quotations, advances and part deliveries on one record.

Dispatch and breakage

Packing notes, photographs and carrier handover for fragile and heavy goods.

Returns and spares

Returns against the invoice, with spares found from the model.

Workflows

How the work runs through it.

Selection to order

A buyer filters by size and finish, checks fit and places an order at the right price list.

Trade order

A plumber or dealer signs in, sees agreed rates and orders on account within a limit.

Showroom and site together

A showroom quotation becomes an online order, which is packed and delivered against the same stock.

Catalogue and product data

What each product record holds.

Size, material and finish

Held as separate fields, so buyers can filter and a fit check can use them.

Linked parts

Each item can list the parts and spares that go with it.

Variants and sets

Finishes as variants of one model, and sets that can also be sold in parts.

Pricing and order rules

How prices and orders are set.

Price lists

Retail, trade and dealer lists apply by login, and the list used is saved on the order.

Quotations

Room-wise or job-wise quotations that become orders once approved.

Credit holds

Trade orders past a limit wait for a person to release them.

Stock and fulfilment

From stock to the doorstep.

One stock record

The site reads the showroom’s stock at an interval you and we agree, and the store says so where an update is not immediate.

Packing by handling need

Ceramics, glass and chrome are packed with notes, and heavy goods go by freight.

Part dispatch

Ready goods ship first, and the remainder is listed as pending.

Payments, returns and refunds

Taking money and giving it back.

Payments

Card and UPI payment through your own gateway, with account billing for trade customers.

Returns and breakage

Claims carry photographs and go against the original order.

Refunds

A refund follows inspection and returns to the payment method that was used.

Admin controls and reporting

What the team can see and change.

Roles

Editors, counter staff, packers and owners see only what their work needs.

Approvals

Discounts and large orders are held until an approver decides, and the decision is kept.

Reports

Sales by range, items below reorder level, breakage by carrier and trade orders held on credit.

Integrations

What it connects to, and on what terms.

Showroom product

Reads stock, quotations and delivery records from the tile and sanitaryware product, and writes online sales back.

Payment gateway

Connected to the card and UPI methods your gateway offers, after your merchant account is checked.

Freight and courier

Booking and tracking for your carriers, taken on singly as each carrier’s interface passes a test.

Deployment

How it is set up and run.

Hosted with you

The store runs on infrastructure we configure together, or inside a hosting account that belongs to you.

Phased

One brand range goes first, so shelf counts and screen counts can be compared before the rest follows.

Customisation boundaries

What can change, and where the edge is.

What can change

Price lists, fit rules, order stages and storefront layout are set from your business rules.

Where the edge is

Plumbing work and product certification remain with the tradespeople and bodies who do them.

Migration and training

Moving over and getting people ready.

Bringing the data over

Item lists, sizes, finishes and rates arrive from your current billing system or a sheet, and are reconciled with a physical count.

Training

Short working sessions for editors, counter staff and packers, built on your own items.

Support scope

What support covers.

Scope

Support covers fixes, minor changes and staff questions, written into the agreement with named contacts.

Outside scope

A new sales channel, a new country or a large change goes through a separate quotation.

Subcategory coverage

Where each plumbing & bathroom products subcategory is covered.

Each subcategory is either covered by this solution or has a page of its own where its software requirements differ.

  • Pipes & Fittings

    Its own solution page

Fit tables, pack multiples and trade logins change the software itself, so a dealer-order based system is needed beyond the category storefront.

  • Taps

    Covered on this page

Variants, linked spares and warranty records are configurations of the category solution and need no separate system.

  • Showers

    Covered on this page

Sets, guidance and an installer booking are covered by the category solution as configuration.

  • Sanitaryware

    Its own solution page

Heavy, breakable goods, display and godown stock and site-ready delivery need a separate flow beyond the category storefront.

  • Bathroom Accessories

    Covered on this page

Finish lines, bundles and gift orders are configurations of the category storefront and its stock.

Common questions

Questions about this solution.

Can the store be installed as it stands?

No. A showroom product already exists for stock and billing. The store and its connections are configured per seller after discovery.

What does it cost, and can it be tried first?

No price is published, and no trial or demonstration site exists. The scope and the cost arrive together in a written proposal.

Does it work with our own billing software?

It depends on what that package exposes. We read its export file or programming interface first, then say plainly what can connect.
