Site Attendance for Deployed Facility Staff
Attendance is marked where the work happens, not at your head office. Each entry carries the site, the shift, the post and the proof your client accepts.
How a duty is marked
Facility staff report at the client premises, so marking has to happen there.
Where the entries travel
One marking at the gate serves three different screens later in the month.
- The deployment screen compares present strength with the plan
- The site bill counts duties delivered against duties contracted
- The wage sheet reads duties, overtime and extra hands
- Absence patterns per person show on the staff record
Corrections
A marking made in error can be corrected by the back office. The old entry is not wiped. The change is kept with its reason, so a bill queried in the third week can still be traced. Site staff cannot alter a past day on their own.
What it does not do
It does not judge whether a duty was performed well. Inspection rounds cover that. It makes no claim about any statutory register your client may ask you to keep, and that question belongs with your accountant or advisor.
Frequently asked questions
Does marking work without a network at the site?
Entries made on a phone are held and sent when the signal returns, so a basement or a lift lobby does not block the shift.
Can the client see attendance for their own site?
Yes, if you open a client login. They then read present strength for their site and nothing from your other contracts.
Is a photograph compulsory?
No. Photograph and location capture can be turned on for the sites where your clients want it and left off elsewhere.
What about staff who work at two sites in a day?
Each duty is marked against its own site, so the bill for each client carries only the hours spent there.
