Wage Sheets for Deployed Facility Staff
The wage sheet is built from duties marked at the sites, not from a second register. Overtime, night allowance, advances and the deductions your office applies all sit on it.
How a wage line is made
Six parts, each held on a record somebody already filled. A supervisor who marked a double shift in the second week and an advance paid at the counter both land on the same line without anybody copying them across.
Where the sheet is checked
The operations manager reads duty counts before the sheet closes. A disputed absence is corrected in attendance, with the reason kept, and the sheet is drawn again. Once closed, the month cannot be edited by site staff. The back office can still reopen it.
Payment and slips
How the money leaves is your arrangement.
- Bank transfer files for staff paid through a bank
- Cash payment marked against the person and the site
- A slip per person, printable or sent as a message
- Advance and recovery history against each staff record
What is not decided here
Your office fixes the rates, the allowances and the deduction heads. The software holds them and does the arithmetic. Whether any contribution applies, at what rate and how it is filed are questions a chartered accountant settles. GullySystem makes no claim there.
Frequently asked questions
Can a person be paid from two sites in one month?
Yes. Duties at each site are counted separately and come together on one wage line for that person.
How are advances handled?
An advance is entered on the day it is paid. Recovery comes on the next sheet, in full or in instalments as your office allows.
Does it produce a bank file?
Yes. A transfer file in the format your bank accepts can be generated, and the format is confirmed with your bank first.
What about staff of a sub-contractor?
No. Their duties can be counted for site strength, but their pay stays with the sub-contractor who engaged them.
