Deployment and Headcount per Facility Contract

The contract fixes how many of each category a site must carry. This screen sets that plan beside the staff actually marked present on the morning you are looking at.

The plan per site

Deployment is held per shift, because a site that runs eight people by day may run two by night.

Category and number

Housekeeping, technician, gardener, pantry and supervisor counts, entered shift by shift as the work order reads.

Named staff against posts

Who stands at which block and post, so your supervisor and your office are reading one list rather than two.

Minimum strength

The number a site must not fall below. A shortfall is raised on screen instead of waiting for the supervisor to mention it.

Transfers between sites

A move carries its date. Duty and billing both follow the new site from that day.

Short posts and cover

A post is short when nobody is marked against it by the hour the shift begins. The operations manager sees the gap, picks a reliever and sends them across. That cover is written against the post and the shift it filled. Nothing stays on a phone call alone.

Plan against actual

Four views answer the question your client asks every month.

  • Deployed strength against contracted strength, site by site
  • Posts left open, and the reliever who stood there
  • Sites below minimum strength for more than one day
  • Category-wise shortage read across every contract together

What this module leaves alone

It does not settle the headcount your client agrees to. Those numbers come off the work order your office signs. It does not pay anybody either. The wage sheet is built in its own module from duties marked at the site.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can a site run different strength on Sundays?

Yes. The plan is held per shift and per day, so a lighter Sunday or a holiday pattern can be set for that site.

What if the client asks for two extra housekeeping staff for a week?

The extra deployment is entered with its dates and marked as extra duty, so the bill for that month carries it.

Does one person appear on two sites at once?

No. A staff member holds one site at a time, and a transfer closes the earlier posting on its date.

Who may change a deployment plan?

Only the operations manager and the back office, in the arrangement your company asks for. Site supervisors mark attendance and raise shortfalls.
