What is not connected
A link that does not exist is not pretended into being. A lift controller or a building management panel speaks its own protocol. Reading from one is priced separately after your vendor shares the details. Nothing is taken from a brochure.
Frequently asked questions
Will messages reach residents directly?
They can, where your client agrees to it. Complaint updates to a resident are set up site by site.
Does every biometric device work?
No. It turns on the make and whether the unit opens its readings, which is why the model is checked before any commitment.
Is the Tally link automatic?
No. Figures are exported for your accountant to import, and the layout is settled once the ledgers are explained.
Can we start without any of these?
Yes. Sites, rosters, complaints and billing all run on their own, and a link can be added later.
Who pays the messaging provider?
You do, on your own account with them. GullySystem writes the connection and does not resell the messages.
