One system for glass schedules, processor orders, panel marks, site fixing and measured bills.
Manage glazing and facade enquiries, shop drawings, glass schedules, processor orders, aluminium and sealant stock, site installation, breakages and progress bills in one system. Each panel carries its size, thickness, type and elevation mark from the cutting list to the crane lift, so the office never retypes a dimension. Site supervisors log fixed panels on a phone, and the monthly bill is built from the area recorded.
- Glass types, build-ups and rate sheets keyed the way your estimators price a job
- Running projects, glass schedules and unpaid bills moved across ahead of go-live
- New panel codes or processor names added by GullySystem staff when you ask
Tenders, glass schedules, processor orders, fabrication and site fixing for a glazing contractor run together in Glass and Facade Company Management Software, configured by GullySystem around your projects. Every panel keeps its size, build-up and elevation mark from the cutting list to the installed record. Profiles, gaskets and sealant are issued to each project. Installed area feeds the monthly progress bill, with retention held alongside.
What goes wrong before the software.
How the work flows through it, step by step.
- 1
Enquiry and tender drawings
A tender or a homeowner enquiry is logged with its drawings, bill of quantities and bid deadline. The estimator is assigned and the outcome of the bid is kept.
- 2
Shop drawings and glass schedule
The drafter prepares shop drawings and a glass schedule listing every panel by size, thickness, type, edge work and elevation mark. The client approves a revision.
- 3
Quotation by area
The quotation is priced per area for glass, per length for profiles and per item for hardware, with installation and access equipment added. Each revision is saved.
- 4
Processor order and fabrication
Approved panels go to toughening, lamination or insulated unit processors as an order with a status per panel. In the workshop, profiles are cut and assembled into frames.
- 5
Delivery and installation
Labelled crates reach the site against a delivery note. Crews fix frames and then glass, and the supervisor marks each panel fixed with a photograph.
- 6
Measured billing and handover
Fixed area by elevation and floor builds the progress bill. Retention, variations and the final snag list close the project with warranty papers attached.
What is inside.
Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.
The business modules it is built from.
Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.
- Estimate/Quotation Management
Quotations price glass by area and profiles by length from the firm’s rate sheet, with hoisting and access lines and every revision kept.
- Purchase Order Management
Panel lists go to toughening and lamination processors as orders, and each panel’s progress is recorded against a promised delivery date.
- Barcodes and Labels
Labels printed with project, elevation and mark let the receiving clerk match each crate against the delivery note and flag chipped panels.
- Stock Tracking and Alerts
Reorder levels on silicone, gaskets and mullions raise an alert before the crew on the next elevation runs short.
- Job Cards
A cutting job per frame type lists profile lengths and returned offcuts, and closes when the assembled frame is dispatched with its mark.
- Project Document Management
Approved shop drawings, glass test reports and warranty certificates stay with the project, so the handover file is assembled from one place.
- Proforma Invoice Management
Fixed area per elevation and floor is carried into each monthly statement, along with retention, advance recovery and approved variations.

- All business solutions
One system, each person sees their part.
For owners
See tenders open, panels at processors, projects running and bills unpaid by builder, without calling each site supervisor.
For estimators and drafters
Prepare glass schedules and quotations from your rate sheet, and see which revision the client approved before an order leaves.
For site supervisors
Mark panels fixed from a phone, log breakages with a photograph, and request profiles or sealant for the next bay.
For the workshop
Receive cutting jobs, record offcuts, and pass assembled frames to dispatch with the correct mark on each.
For accounts
Raise progress bills from fixed area, track retention and advance recovery, and match processor invoices to the orders placed.
The numbers the owner asks for.
- Panels by status at each processor, with promised and actual delivery dates
- Glass schedule revisions by project and elevation
- Fixed area by elevation and floor against the contract quantity
- Breakages by stage and cause, with replacement cost
- Profile, gasket and silicone balances by project
- Progress bills raised, retention held and amounts received by builder
- Tenders won, lost and still open by estimator
Who this is built for.
- Contractors who supply and fix curtain walling, structural glazing and aluminium windows on commercial towers
- Glazing firms that fabricate frames in a workshop and send glass to outside processors
- Facade specialists working under a main builder on cladding and spider-fixed glass
- Firms that fit shower enclosures, balustrades and partitions for homeowners and developers
- Teams that quote from architect drawings and bill against measured quantities
When it is not the right choice.
- A glazier who replaces a few windows each week can work from a phone and a price list.
- Factories that manufacture float glass or toughen it for other firms will find a plant production system closer than this contractor tool.

Questions owners ask before a demo.
Does it replace the shop drawing software?
No. Drafting stays in your design package. The glass schedule is entered or imported as rows, and from that point each panel has a record that orders, labels and site logs share.
Can a processor update panel status?
Yes, where the processor agrees. They receive a narrow view of your orders and mark panels cut, treated or packed. Otherwise your office keys the update after each call.
How are breakages handled?
Each one is logged against its mark with the stage where it happened, a photograph and who handled it. A replacement order is raised from that entry, so cost can be discussed with facts.
Can a builder see progress by elevation?
Yes, if a builder view is part of the build. It would show panels fixed by elevation and floor, with photographs and the area ready to bill.
We fit frames and glass on tall buildings. Is access equipment tracked?
Hire of gondolas, cranes and hoists is added as a cost line on the project. The days used are recorded by the supervisor and compared with the quotation.
How does costing work for a project?
Glass, profile, sealant, labour and access costs are gathered under the project. Compare them with the quoted figures before the final bill. Rates are yours and change only when you edit them.
Can our existing glass schedules be loaded?
Yes. Spreadsheets of panels, open orders and unpaid bills are loaded into the new records before go-live. Mismatched sizes or missing marks are listed for your team to correct.
What happens to our data if we stop?
Your panels, orders, bills and photographs stay yours. Before the first site is loaded, the contract names the file type of any export and how your records come back to you.
Can we try it on our own work before committing?
The price rests on users, projects in flight, the panel types and build-ups you set up, and links such as a label printer or accounting export. Existing glass schedules loaded from sheets add work. A demonstration on a sample schedule shaped like yours comes first. A proposal then lists each part with its price.
How long before site and workshop use it?
Tenders, the glass schedule from shop drawings, quotations and processor orders with panel status are the backbone, so they lead. Labels and crate delivery, stock and the workshop follow. Site installation log, breakages and measured progress bills close the build. Dates sit in the proposal.
What do we have to bring from the office?
Bring a project with its glass schedule and elevation mark scheme, your rate sheets and units of measurement, and the processor order format. Panel build-ups, a breakage note, a measured bill and warranty papers show the paperwork. Each of the estimator, drafter, site supervisor, workshop lead and accounts staff must set aside time for us. Label printer models need checking.
