GullySystem
Construction · Software for glass and façade companies

The toughened glass came back a few millimetres short, and the façade crew lost two days.

A glass and façade company runs on shop drawings and glass schedules sent to processors, and a size mistake cannot be fixed once the glass is toughened. GullySystem builds software for glass and façade firms that tracks every panel from glass schedule to installation. It controls aluminium and hardware and prepares measured bills.

At a glance

Toughened glass cannot be cut after it is processed. A size mistake means a new order and a wait, while the crane and crew stand by.

We build tracking panel by panel, so the glass schedule, processor order, and installation all refer to the same record. The free technology audit is where we start.

How the work runs today

A builder or architect sends façade drawings, or a homeowner asks for shower partitions and railings. You prepare shop drawings, a glass schedule with sizes, thickness, and type, and quote in square metres. After approval, glass goes to a processor for toughening, lamination, or DGU, and aluminium profiles are ordered and fabricated.

On site, crews install frames and then glass, often from a crane or gondola, and broken panels go back for reprocessing. Each month you measure the area installed and bill the builder, who certifies it with retention held back. Silicone and hardware run out faster than anyone planned.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for glass and façade companies without a proper system.

Glass sizes were typed wrong

The processor received a retyped list, and three panels came back unusable.

We lose track of panels at the processor

Some are ready, some are in the furnace queue, and the site is asking for all of them.

Breakages are not recorded

A panel breaks on site, and nobody logs whether it was transport, handling, or the builder’s crew.

Silicone and fittings run short mid-job

The site asks for more silicone and patch fittings, and nobody can say how much was already sent or where it went.

What the software does

What we would build for glass and façade companies.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Glass schedule by panel

Every panel with size, type, thickness, location mark, and drawing reference.

Processor order tracking

Orders to toughening and DGU processors, with status per panel and delivery dates.

Aluminium and hardware stock

Profiles, fittings, and silicone issued to each project with balances.

Installation and breakage log

Panels marked installed with photos, and breakages recorded with cause and reorder.

Measured running bills

Installed area by elevation and floor feeds the monthly bill, with retention tracked.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions glass and façade companies ask before they call.

Can it work alongside Tally?

Yes. Purchases from processors and bills to builders can post to Tally with GST.

We do mostly retail shower partitions. Do we need this?

A simpler order and measurement system is probably enough for retail work, and we will say so. Panel tracking matters most on façade projects.

Can the processor see our orders?

Yes. They can get a view of your orders and update status, if they are willing.

Can the builder see progress by elevation?

Yes. A builder view shows panels installed by elevation and floor, with photos, and the square metres ready to bill. The joint measurement starts from a shared record.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
