Our AMC customers call when the AC trips, and we can’t see when we last serviced it.
An HVAC contractor runs on installation projects and years of AMC visits and breakdown calls, and nobody can see a unit’s service history. GullySystem builds HVAC software that tracks each installed unit by site and serial and schedules AMC visits and breakdown calls. Refrigerant top-ups and spares are logged, and contracts are flagged before they run out.
HVAC firms earn twice: once on the installation, and then for years on AMCs, gas top-ups, and compressor replacements. The second part is where records usually fall apart.
We build service and project tracking for HVAC contractors. The free technology audit starts with your AMC list and how breakdown calls reach your technicians.
A builder, office, or hospital asks for air conditioning. Your engineer does a heat-load calculation, proposes VRF, ducted, or split units, and quotes equipment from the brand distributor with copper piping, insulation, ducting, and drain lines. Installation runs alongside the civil and interior work, and commissioning includes pressure tests, vacuuming, and gas charging.
After the warranty, most customers sign an AMC with quarterly preventive visits: filter cleaning, coil wash, and checks on gas pressure and current. Breakdown calls come on the office landline or WhatsApp in the middle of May. Technicians carry refrigerant cylinders and spares, and what they used rarely gets written against the right unit.
What goes wrong for hVAC contractors without a proper system.
We don’t know which unit had the last gas top-up
A customer complains of poor cooling again, and nobody can see if R32 was charged last month.
Preventive visits get skipped in summer
Breakdown calls take every technician, and the quarterly AMC visits slide without the customer being told.
Refrigerant and spares go unbilled
Gas, capacitors, and PCBs used on calls outside the AMC scope are not charged.
Contracts expire silently
The AMC ended three months ago, and the team is still servicing the site for free.
What we would build for hVAC contractors.
Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Can AMC invoices go to Tally?
Yes. AMC and service invoices can flow into Tally with GST, and payments received can be matched back.
Will technicians use a phone app?
Yes, if it is quick. They open the call, tick the checklist, add a photo, and get the customer’s signature on screen.
Should we just use a generic field service app?
Some field service apps work well for simple service businesses. HVAC firms that also run installation projects often need both sides linked, and the audit will tell you which fits.
Can it track unit temperatures remotely?
For critical sites like server rooms, we can add sensors that alert you before the customer calls, as a separate piece of work.
What happens in the free technology audit?
We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.
How much will the software cost?
We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
