Construction · Software for elevator companies

A lift stops with people inside, and we are still looking up which technician covers that building.

An elevator company runs on installation contracts and years of AMC visits, and an entrapment call needs the right technician at any hour. GullySystem builds software for lift companies that records every installed lift and schedules monthly maintenance and breakdown calls. It tracks licence and contract renewals, so nothing lapses unnoticed.

At a glance

An installed lift is a contract for decades. The monthly maintenance, the licence renewal, and the midnight breakdown call are where your reputation is made.

We build service and project software for lift companies, and the free technology audit starts with your AMC list and call records.

How the work runs today

A builder or building owner asks for a lift. You survey the shaft, pit, and overhead, recommend capacity and speed, and quote for machine, controller, doors, cabin, and installation. After the order, parts arrive from suppliers, and an erection team works on site for weeks, then the lift is tested and inspected before the licence is issued.

After handover comes the AMC: monthly preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, and entrapment rescues at any hour. Comprehensive contracts include parts, others bill them separately. Associations call about noise, door faults, and the licence renewal, and technicians report by phone to a supervisor with a register.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for elevator companies without a proper system.

Entrapment calls go to the wrong person

The call comes at night, and the office phone rings through to someone who does not cover that area.

Monthly visits are not proven

The association says nobody came, and the only proof is a technician’s paper slip.

Parts under non-comprehensive AMCs go unbilled

A door motor was replaced, and the customer was never charged because nobody checked the contract type.

Licence renewals are missed

The inspection date passes, and the building’s lift licence lapses without anyone noticing.

What the software does

What we would build for elevator companies.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Lift register

Each lift by building, capacity, controller, installation date, licence number, and contract type.

Preventive maintenance schedule

Monthly visits planned by technician and route, with a checklist and the site’s signature.

Breakdown and entrapment desk

Calls logged with time, assigned to the nearest technician, and closed with response time recorded.

Parts and chargeable work

Parts used on each call, billed or not billed based on the AMC type.

Licence and renewal calendar

Inspection dates, licence expiry, and AMC end dates flagged well ahead.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions elevator companies ask before they call.

Can AMC billing go through Tally?

Yes. Quarterly or annual AMC invoices and parts bills can post to Tally with GST.

Can we monitor lifts remotely?

Yes, with controllers that expose data or a small device added to the lift. That is a separate project, and we will tell you if it is worth it for your contracts.

We have a small team. Is custom software overkill?

If you service a few dozen lifts, a well-kept sheet and a shared calendar may be enough. The free technology audit will say so.

Can building associations raise complaints directly?

Yes. A WhatsApp number or simple link lets them log a complaint and see when it is resolved.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
