Construction · Software for construction project managers

The client pays us to know the project status, and we build it from WhatsApp every Monday.

A construction project management firm runs on contractor bills to certify, RFIs, and site reports, and rebuilds the client’s weekly status from WhatsApp. GullySystem builds PMC software that pulls daily site reports, bill certification, and pending decisions into one view. The weekly client report comes from those records, not from chats.

At a glance

A PMC’s product is information: what was done, what it cost, what is late, and who is holding it up. Most firms rebuild that picture by hand each week.

We build tools that collect it as it happens. The free technology audit begins with your current reports, trackers, and bill certification sheets.

How the work runs today

You manage a project for a client, often an office fit-out, a factory, or a residential tower. Several contractors work under you, and each sends running bills that your QS checks against measurements. Architects and consultants issue drawings, and contractors raise RFIs and material approvals that wait on someone’s desk.

Site engineers send photos and progress on WhatsApp. The planning engineer updates the schedule in MS Project or Excel. Every week someone assembles a report with progress, cost, and a list of open issues, and the client meeting still ends with “we will check and revert”.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for construction project managers without a proper system.

Our weekly report takes a full day

Progress, photos, bills, and issues are pulled from five places into one deck by hand.

RFIs sit unanswered

A contractor’s query waited ten days for the architect, and nobody flagged it until work stopped.

Bill certification is slow and disputed

Measurements are in notebooks, and contractors argue every deduction.

Client decisions have no record

A finish was changed in a meeting, and later nobody agrees who approved it.

What the software does

What we would build for construction project managers.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Daily site report

Manpower, work done, photos, and hindrances entered by site engineers on a phone.

RFI and approval register

Every query and material approval with who holds it and how many days it has waited.

Bill certification

Contractor running bills checked against measured quantities and the work order, with deductions noted.

Cost against budget

Awarded packages, certified bills, and variations shown against the client’s budget.

Weekly client report

Progress, photos, open issues, and decisions pulled into a report ready to send.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions construction project managers ask before they call.

Does it connect to Tally?

Your fee invoices can go to Tally. Contractor bills are certified here and exported for the client’s accounts team.

Will it replace MS Project or Primavera?

No. Planners keep scheduling in those tools. We can bring the schedule in so progress is compared against it.

Should we buy a construction management platform instead?

Some platforms are good, and if one fits your projects, buy it. We usually help PMCs whose clients each want a different report format.

Can our clients log in?

Yes. Clients can see the reports and decisions meant for them, and nothing else.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
