Construction · Software for modular kitchen companies

The kitchen was designed around a hob that the customer changed after the cutting list went out.

A modular kitchen company runs on site measurement, a design that must fit plumbing, gas, and electrical points, and a quote by module. Factory production and installation follow the civil work. GullySystem builds kitchen software that holds each design version, turns the approved one into a production list, and tracks orders to installation and payment.

At a glance

A modular kitchen is built to millimetres, but changed on a phone call. A new chimney model or a moved sink can undo a cutting list.

We build order tracking that keeps design, factory, and site on the same version, starting with a free technology audit of how you work now.

How the work runs today

A homeowner visits the studio, and your designer measures the kitchen and marks the sink, gas point, and sockets. The design shows base units, wall units, tall units, shutters, and hardware such as tandem boxes and corner units. The quote lists countertop, appliances, and finishes, and changes several times before sign-off.

The factory gets a cutting and edge-banding list, or the order goes to a partner factory. Countertops are measured again after the base units are fixed. Installation needs the plumber and electrician at the right time, and the last payment waits on the final adjustments.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for modular kitchen companies without a proper system.

The factory made the old design

The customer changed the tall unit, but the factory had the earlier file.

Site points are not where the design says

The gas point and sink outlet moved during civil work, and the modules do not fit.

Hardware choices change the price late

The customer upgrades to soft-close baskets after the quote, and the bill is not updated.

Installation waits on other trades

The countertop is ready, but the plumber has not come, and the crew goes back.

What the software does

What we would build for modular kitchen companies.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Measurement and site points

Walls, windows, and plumbing, gas, and power points recorded with photos.

Design versions and approval

Each design version with its quote, and the customer’s approval on the final one.

Module-wise quotation

Priced by cabinet, shutter finish, hardware, countertop, and appliances from your rate list.

Production order

The approved design becomes a panel and hardware list for your factory or partner.

Installation schedule and snags

Site readiness, installation visits, countertop fixing, and snags tracked to handover.

Ready products

Ready products that fit modular kitchen companies.

Each one is adapted to how your business works before it goes live, and anything your trade needs that it lacks is added then. You are not paying to build the basics again.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions modular kitchen companies ask before they call.

Can it work with Tally?

Yes. Customer invoices and vendor purchases can post to Tally with GST.

Does it replace our kitchen design software?

No. You keep designing in your tool. We track the versions, approvals, and production list around it, and can import from it where possible.

Is the interior design product relevant to us?

If you also do wardrobes and full home interiors, yes. Our interior design management system can be adapted, rather than starting from scratch.

Can it plan the plumber and electrician around installation?

Yes. Each installation lists the trades it depends on, and the crew is booked only when those are marked done. The customer gets a WhatsApp note on who is coming and when.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
