Construction · Software for plumbing contractors

The concealed pipes passed the pressure test, but nobody kept a record of it.

A plumbing contractor runs on water supply and drainage drawings, CPVC and PVC fittings bought by the hundred, and pressure tests before the tiles go on. Sanitaryware is fixed at the end. GullySystem builds plumbing software that tracks fittings to each site, records pressure tests with photos, and ties running bills to points and fixtures installed.

At a glance

Most plumbing work disappears behind tiles and plaster within days. If something leaks later, the only proof is the record you kept before it was covered.

We build site and billing tracking for plumbing contractors, beginning with a free technology audit of how your supervisors report today.

How the work runs today

A builder or homeowner hands you plumbing drawings for bathrooms, kitchens, overhead tanks, and drainage. You quote by points, running metres of pipe, and fixture count, with CPVC, UPVC, and SWR materials priced from the dealer. First-fix work happens during masonry, when concealed lines, diverters, and floor traps go in.

Before tiling, the supervisor runs a pressure test and photographs the gauge, often only on WhatsApp. Second fix comes weeks later, fitting sanitaryware and CP fittings supplied by the client or by you. Bills go by stage, and a leak after handover starts an argument about who damaged what.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for plumbing contractors without a proper system.

We have no proof of the pressure test

A leak shows up after tiling, and the builder says it was never tested.

Fittings are over-ordered and lost

Elbows, tees, and valves are bought in bulk, and nobody knows how many went to each site.

Client-supplied fixtures cause disputes

A tap arrives damaged from the client’s supplier, and your crew is blamed.

Second-fix visits are forgotten

The site calls to say tiling is done, and the crew is booked elsewhere.

What the software does

What we would build for plumbing contractors.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Point and fixture quotation

Quote by bathroom, points, pipe length, and fixtures from your rate list and dealer prices.

Fittings issue per site

Pipes and fittings issued and returned, with balances for each site and floor.

Pressure test record

Test pressure, duration, gauge photo, and the site engineer’s sign-off, stored per bathroom.

First and second fix schedule

Tracks which floors are ready for each stage, so crews are sent at the right time.

Fixture receipt log

Client-supplied items checked in with photos and condition noted before fixing.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions plumbing contractors ask before they call.

Can invoices go to Tally?

Yes. Stage bills and dealer purchases can post to Tally with GST.

Do small plumbing firms need software?

Not always. If you run one or two sites, a photo folder per site and a clear bill format may be enough. The free technology audit will say so.

Can we handle service calls for old customers too?

Yes. Leak and blockage calls can be logged against the original job, so you know what you installed.

Can the builder see our pressure test records?

Yes. Each bathroom’s test, with the gauge photo and sign-off, can be shared with the builder before tiling starts. If a leak shows up later, the record is already with them.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
