Recruitment Software Links to Mail, WhatsApp and Portals
A recruitment agency already lives in mail, WhatsApp and a job portal. The system works beside those tools, and which links get built is confirmed while scoping.
Messages to candidates and clients
Portals, calendars and the website
Receipts and accounts
UPI, bank transfer and cheque are recorded as receipt modes against a placement invoice. A payment gateway can confirm an online receipt, although what it reports back depends on the gateway the agency uses. Money settles into the agency bank account through the gateway or the bank. GullySystem does not hold funds. A Tally export of invoices and receipts carries its own quote, and the ledgers it posts to are chosen with your accountant.
What the agency decides
Each link is switched on when the agency wants it, and some can wait until after go-live. None of this rests on GullySystem alone, because every connection has another system on the far side.
- Which channels carry candidate messages, and in which language
- Which mailbox and which portal are connected first
- Whether a careers form on the website is in scope now
- Who holds the WhatsApp business account and the SMS sender name
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a WhatsApp business account?
For WhatsApp messages, yes. We help with the approval steps, and the route taken depends on which provider you pick.
Will our job portal connect directly?
Sometimes. A batch import always works, and a live link depends on what the portal permits, which is checked first.
Can interview slots reach a calendar?
Yes, where a calendar is connected. Writing to one is simpler than reading a client panel calendar, which needs access from the client.
Is Tally linked automatically?
No. An export is prepared once your accountant names the ledgers in use, and that work is quoted by itself.
