Recruiter Targets and Incentive for Agencies
Every recruiter carries a number, and the system counts it from work already entered. Incentive is then worked out on the rules the agency pays by.
What a target can be set on
How incentive is worked out
The agency enters its own payout rule: a slab on closures, a share of the fee, a flat amount per joining, or a mix of those. Incentive is counted from placements that actually joined. Where the agency pays only after the client settles the invoice, the collection date decides when a payout falls due. Nothing is worked out on a side sheet.
Who reads what
A recruiter opens the month and sees target, achieved, pipeline left and incentive standing. The number is the number. A team lead reads the same figures for the desk and can tell whose pipeline will not reach it. Owners compare recruiters on submissions, conversions and closures rather than on effort described in a meeting.
Limits and agency choices
The system counts and applies rules. It does not decide what a fair payout is, and it does not run salary or payroll for your staff.

Frequently asked questions
Is incentive paid on offers or on joinings?
That is the agency rule, entered once. Most count only candidates who joined, and some wait until the client has paid the invoice.
Can two recruiters share one closure?
Yes. The split is recorded on the placement, and each recruiter target picks up its own part of it.
Does it run payroll for recruiters?
No. Incentive figures are produced for whoever prepares salary, and payroll itself carries its own quote.
Can targets differ by recruiter?
Yes. A target is set per recruiter and per period, so a junior sourcing CVs and a senior closing mandates are measured apart.
