Reports for Recruitment Agency Owners and Managers
Every figure below rests on the mandates, CVs, submissions, interviews and invoices recruiters and accounts already enter. Owners read them without adding up mail threads by hand.
The reports
Each one is drawn from a module, and the line beside it names the records behind the figure.
Who acts on them
Owners read open mandates and pipeline to decide where the floor should spend the week. Accounts works from ageing and outstanding. Recruiters read their own targets and conversions. A lead reads feedback pending and mandates going cold, which is usually where a closure is quietly being lost.
What the figures reflect
The figures show what has been entered. A submission sent from a personal inbox and never recorded does not appear in the pipeline. A joining confirmed late pushes the fee into the next period. A report that looks wrong usually traces back to a step skipped on the floor.
Extra reports and limits
New reports are written against records the system already holds. Ask for one. Which reports a lead or a recruiter may open is decided with the owner, and no report here predicts whether a mandate will close.
Frequently asked questions
Are the figures live?
Yes. They move as recruiters and accounts make entries, so the pipeline at closing matches what the floor actually did today.
Can a report be exported?
Yes. Any report can be downloaded for the accountant, or for an owner who would rather work on it in a sheet.
Can a recruiter be stopped from seeing other desks?
Yes. A recruiter can be held to personal figures, while leads read the desk and owners read the whole floor.
Can new reports be added later?
Yes, for anything already recorded. A new report is scoped with the agency during implementation or afterwards on request.
